Got my order wrong. Almost didn’t even bother picking up the remake, due to the manager thinking it’s perfectly fine to sit on the table they cut the pizzas on. And there appears to be oven cleaner sitting out near the food areas and don’t think handwashing is very important here either, considering the gentleman decided to scratch near his private areas then hand out boxes without ever washing his hands. Disgusting and has gone downhill since the old workers left.

Ordered 2 pizzas online around pm. Set up delivery time for 6:30pm. I love less than 10 min from store. Delivery was an HOUR late and all food was Cold!! No compensation or even an apology. Will not order from them again!

I don’t usually right reviews like this, but this is frustrating and needs attention.
When we went to pick up an order last time, the worker was so high that they made us wait an extra 15 minutes because they didn’t realize our pizza was already done and ready on the rack. On top of that, they had asked for the name multiple times, and my boyfriend thought he was having a stroke because they kept repeating back the wrong name. It was actually another worker that realized our pizza was ready and passed it to him.
And then today, when I placed an order for delivery in advance (before the store opened at 1 pm) it said it was supposed to arrive by 2:00 pm. At 2:05, I called and spoke to someone who said since DoorDash hadn’t picked up the order, so they would close up and deliver it since I am only 8 mins away (I don’t have my car atm so I would have gotten it if I could). At 2:22 pm, I get a notification from DoorDash telling me they are on their way. So I was lied to and made to wait more time. That’s ridiculous. Management needs to get this place in order. The pizza was finally delivered at 2:32 pm.

Ordered a pizza online at 10:43pm. Yes, I know they close at 11, but not 10:30. Supposedly. Because we get a phone call at 10:53, after we are pulling into the parking lot, stating that they are closed and won’t be making our pizza because the ovens are shut off. Maybe don’t have hours if you aren’t going to follow them. And maybe don’t have an auto generated email stating that you have our order and have started preparing it. No wonder this location only has 3.6

Worst pizza in years old middle across whole pizza had no toppings barely had cheese. Employees are rude and disrespectful. Store was dark when I went to get my pizza they always look closed

This is the second time I’ve rated this store and this time was even better than the last! Every single time I go they are so polite. The lady who gave me my order was wonderful tonight! Food was ok, service not so great. Show up to pick my order up and there are 5 people inside. Seem to me goofing off. One kid has long stringy hair with no hair net, I almost left before even going in to grab my food. They where supposed to have had my order ready for pickup. I watched them put my order in the oven after telling them I was there to pick up. Papa John’s is started to slide down hill, who is your GM at this location?
