Absolutely one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had, especially with my family. From the moment we arrived, the woman behind the bar was openly rude and dismissive toward my wife and children. Shortly after, a man came out of the kitchen with an aggressive, confrontational attitude that made the situation even more uncomfortable. The lack of professionalism, respect, and basic customer service was shocking.
My kids ordered Coke and were given cups filled mostly with ice and barely any soda. When we politely asked about it, we were told we would need to purchase another Coke if we wanted less ice. They then raised their voices at us, aggressively stating there are no refills. Being spoken to this way, especially in front of children, is completely unacceptable.
We felt so disrespected that we chose to leave immediately and will never return. It’s easy to understand why this place has so many negative reviews. They are absolutely accurate. We experienced the same rude and hostile behavior others have described. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values customers.

We stayed off site with access to the Pool/Hot Tub and Sauna. There are some desperate updates needed. The pool was fairly well kept and clean, and the sauna was nice and hot.
The hot tub on the other hand…giant maintenance and health code violation waiting to happen. At least 2 jets on one end were leaking under the concrete so badly that water was spewing back into the tub through the tiles like crazy. It felt like a giant hollow sinkhole was forming below the tub, which shook and jiggled when people walked or sat down firmly in the tub!! It is in desperate need of maintenance and probably just a replacement. Yikes.

We hung out here for an evening to watch the live band play.. they were excellent!! The drinks were good and fair priced. Service was slow but they were super packed so it was expected.

I had an awful experience in this so called a “Grill” place. I have been sick and had had terrible food poisoning for over a week now. I ordered a burger, which is not only tasteless (like cardboard), and I am sure that’s the one that made me very sick,as my symptoms started showing up about 3 or 4 hours later (I don’t want to describe all my symptoms… my GI system was wrecked).
I ordered chicken tenders for my daughter… it was not even real chicken… it is some type of blended white stuff (worse than McDonald’s stuff) that was deep-fried in flour or something…. I am glad that my daughter didn’t have food poisoning from that as well! (miraculously)
Please do yourself a favor by not eating/ poisoning yourself or kids there. It’s so sad that such a beautiful place doesn’t even bother to grill some real fresh burgers or some decent food.
As far as price goes, check other reviews… no comments.

I hope that when the owners or management team of this place see these kind of reviews, they will do something to improve their food services. I don’t mind paying a high price for something worth paying for, and I assume most people do, too!

Recommended by the the hotel on property for dinner, but this really isn’t a restaurant. Cafeteria with a bar is a better description; perfect for taking a break during skiing.
To say Ivan’s has a menu is the same as saying a gas station with a deli case and heat lamps could have a menu. We arrived an hour before close, and the only menu items available were a fried pickle or foil wrapped burger and hot dog in the warmer. The other options like pizza and chicken are not made to order.
