It is a chain restaurant. You’re going to get chain restaurant food. The turkey has a specific deli taste. The roast beef was bland. It’s all a bit bitter with the vinegar. All of that aside, the Philly cheese steak is the star of the show.

My experience here at this location is phenomenal. The gentleman who asks, what you would like to eat is extremely polite and mannerly. Not only does he talk about the food but he will make you actually feel welcomed inside of this highly PROFESSIONAL place of business. I would strongly recommend this location to anybody who needs a Jersey Mikes sub sandwich. I will 100% never complain about the quality of the food here. The way that I get treated is ALWAYS consistently the same since I have been a regular customer for over 5 years.

Horrible service! Ordered 2 sandwiches and waited 20 minutes. During that time, at least 5 people walked in and placed orders and got them before us. I finally asked what the problem was and was and the employee said, “who knows” and walked away. Food is ok and employees are rude!

Walked in today for quick bite. Store was very clean. Got the Philly Cheesesteak on white sandwich . It was delicious fresh, hot and cheesy. Very very good and highly recommend it. The owners of this store are local and extremely helpful and friendly. I like to support small local business owners that deliver excellent product and great customer service. Definitely recommend 5 stars

I have never taken the time to write a bad review and I wish I would have gotten the name of the specific employee the issue was with. Regardless…I clearly and concisely placed my order with the employee and upon seeing a different sub being made I asked about it and the employee told that’s not what I said, slammed the meat slicer, and started to make another sandwich with half of the amount of meat the first one had and then snapped at me asking what I wanted on it. I went out of the way to apologize for the miscommunication to try and ease the tension and he snapped at me again. I asked for the managers number and both of the employees working then refused to provide me with that and requested to take mine. Which I provided. We’ll see if my number makes it to the manager. I don’t think I can recall such poor customer service. I know we all have bad days…but c’mon.

I always like their sandwiches. Tonight I got there roast beef sandwich. It had plenty of meat and cheese. You can choose Mike’s way or however you want your sandwich finished. I’m a member of Mike’s Club and my sandwich tonight was free. If you choose you can have the sandwich waiting for you, but I’ve never chosen this route. So much better than Subway.
