Absolutely gross and dirty. This is a fairly new restaurant and it looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the first day it was opened. I pulled a Karen and told the manager it’s so dirty we will never come back. He made some excuses and came out to clean while we ate. A little sweeping and wiped several tables with a wet cloth but no spray bottle of sanitizer. As you can see in the photos it definitely needs some harsh cleaning chemicals. Hopefully nobody gets sick from this place.

I’ve come here enough I feel to give a solid review, getting different things each time I’m ordering to give a proper chance to this place. First I tried the chicken fried steak and it was atrocious. Super thin, more breading than meat, and definitely left on the heaters for too long. Second was a 12 piece drum and thigh family meal, I received 10 pieces not 12, the Mac n cheese was dry, the mashed potatoes were lack luster. Third attempt was a chicken sandwich and their fries, the sandwich was mediocre and the fries were hard and severely over salted. I love salt just like the next person, but my mouth shouldn’t burn when I’m eating your fries. Am I expecting a 5 star Michelin quality to a fast food place? Absolutely not. But I do expect it to be edible, and this place doesn’t cut it. Quality like this shows the employees just don’t care. 0/10 would not recommend this place.

I just went to KFC to order an extra crispy chicken family size 8 piece even though KFC is supposed to close at 10 they told me that they close in five minutes and had no more extra crispy fried chicken. I said OK well thanks anyways. The woman at the drive-through sounded excited at the fact that I didn’t order anything at all and decided to drive away. I do not recommend if you want some good chicken go to Quiktrip or that other MNH gas station down the street.

Great food, quick service, and simple mobile ordering! This place wasn’t great when it opened, it took a little while to get right but they have it figured out now! The last two visits were both 5 stars. If you weren’t happy a year ago, try it again!

Ordered online about a half hour early. Showed up on time, and still had to wait nearly 45 minutes. They looked well staffed, but poorly managed. I had 45 minutes to watch. Manager gave very little direction, and all employees seemed overwhelmed by an influx of of customers. It was unorganized and chaotic. No issues with the food itself. It was clearly a management issue and not staffing.

Employees were not attentive to customers coming in. Communication between employees is horrible. I placed an online order, got home with it and 1/3 of the food was missing. I drove back to the store, from Prescott, only for them to not have communicated what was missing or that I was coming back. They tried to make up for it by giving me large sides, which was very nice. I know the young lady was trying to be polite, damage was already done.

I want to know what nasty worker didn’t wash their hands after going to the bathroom and gave me E. Coli. This is absolutely disgusting, never eat here ever. Not having proper hand hygiene while working… are we in the 1st grade? Do we need to go back to learning how to wash our hands?? This is disgusting….. I have been in misery for 3 days now since eating here. Teach your workers to wash their hands after going to the bathroom. Disgraceful

We eat out often and this is by far the rudest experience ever. And not just once. The young people working there do a good job and are pleasant and effecient, the manager is just plain awful. Additionaly if the sign says you are open until 10 and the internet says you are open til 10, the lighted sign says open. People expect it to be open, not just the drive through.

Staff was rude multiple times. Barked at me through the drive thru, was impatient and frustrated with me not immediately knowing what I wanted. Last time I visited a KFC was over 10 years ago. Ordered me to park and wait for food, then ran up and hit my window with it because I was turned talking to my wife and not immediately ready with hands out the window. Food was not fresh. Biscuits were dry and old, chicken was greasy and had obviously been under a heat lamp for a while. Definitely better places to spend my money.
