The people themselves that work there arent bad its just the cost and quality of the food.
$30 for 2 sandwiches and 2 drinks that had coffee grinds in them is extortion price wise and not worth it. Especially when your drinks have coffee grinds in them.
The store looks nice but the cleanliness of the actual coffee bar is atrocious. Ive come here for awhile and tim (store owner) just doesn’t seem to care.
This is a coffee shop Tim, not an applebees. Lower your prices, make your store cleaner, and get better with your QC before you even think that what you charge for dollar store equivalent coffee is fair.

My mom and I were shopping last week, she wanted to try a new coffee place so we looked at menu online, lots of options and the bigg list of drinks was great to explain what everything was. She got a spotted owl creme freeze with coffee in, the employees/baristas were very helpful in explaining the drinks and options, made my mom’s drink quickly. Then in a truly hilarious chain of events, we went across the road to Taco Bell and just so everyone knows, a spotted owl creme freeze and grilled cheese burrito are not a good food and drink pairing, hahaha! But the drink was good and service was excellent.

I’ve gotten 3 frozen drinks the last couple weeks from this location and all three have tasted like straight up dish soap. I thought maybe it was just a fluke the first time but now I’m for sure saying they are not rinsing their equipment off after washing. No more chances for this one. I’ll take my morning coffee elsewhere

Don’t ever order doordash from Biggbys in Angola. I waited over 30 minutes for a customer who already paid for a $50 order plus the dd fees and delivery. I was standing there and they said dont worry about the doordash order. They said they do those who are in the store first. Instead of helping me to take care of my customer she chose to argue with me. Talking about boiling mad. Don’t waste your time at this location!

Drinks are good. Service is so-so. At this location they always request a tip – before you even receive your food or drink? If you do not tip, then they will passively-aggressively hand you a very sloppily made $8 coffee drink. Coffee running down the side and sticky. No napkins. I will not be returning to this location. Ever.

I frequented this place when we lived in Angola. Almost everyday. I loved the half price lattes. Very comfortable place for me to go in and work. Staff was friendly. It was my first experience with a Biggby. I came to another Biggby today and the difference was drastic. So I wanted to make sure I rated this one .

The coffee and drink selection is the largest I’ve ever seen in a coffee establishment. If you can think of a flavor combination, they execute to make the perfect tasting drink. The bragels are exceptional and are a family favorite in our house hold! Staff is very knowledgeable and prompt to get drinks completed and to the customers. The clean and friendly environment and tasty drinks and food makes me look forward to our next visit each time we leave.

I love their coffee and smoothies. The employees are nice and do a great job. However…I went in and paid almost $6 for my drink alone. For the first time since I’ve been coming here, my drink was TERRIBLE. It tasted like I was chewing up potpourri. I was told by, who I assume was the owner bc she came in well dressed and walked behind the counter like she was, that no, they don’t replace drinks. Then proceeds to tell me that if I went to McDonald’s and didn’t like my sandwich they wouldn’t make me another one. I said well at over $10 for two drinks…I want to be able to DRINK mine. I even offered to pay half the cost for a replacement! She told them they could remake it,(“but they won’t be doing it again”) and it was delicious. It is this woman’s behavior alone that they received this poor review, and why we won’t be back. And fyi…my son works at Starbucks…and they do replacements for ppl if they don’t like their product. It gives them a reason to come back after a negative experience. To me…that’s good customer service.
