We needed something to eat late night and this was perfect! Free parking and open late. Food was expensive but pretty good. I had a hotdog and my hubby had a burger. We wish the burger meat was seasoned but the burger was still good. The small fry was huge! A little to salty. We would go back but it definitely served it’s purpose.

Never again! It’s been a long time since I had a Burger. I was thinking to myself should I get some Jersey Mike’s down the street or Zburger. So I’m in line and I order a Zburger with everything on it and that’s just what I got. Lots of long black hair. How did I know? I took my food home, sat at my desk, put a little Z sauce on my Burger and I was enjoying it! I have about a quarter of the burger left and I felt something on my tongue. I spit out the burger and pinched what was on my tongue. I pulled it out and there it was. A long 6 inch black hair. I brushed my teeth and gargled warm water. Another hair on the back of my tongue that I can’t get out. Long story short, I called ZBurger to tell them what happened and the owner acted like I was lying. He offered money back and free food, whatever I want. Yeah, ok! I paid 17.50 for fries and a hairy burger plus gave a tip in the tip jar. I told him to keep it! I’m not coming back. I’ve been taking L’s for the last week and I don’t know why. Just some heads up if you go to ZBurger on S Pickett Street, EXAMINE your food before you eat it.!! Look on the bread and the lettuce!!

First time trying Z Burger in Alexandria, VA on South Pickett Street and the Overall Experience was Good I ate in. The food Really gives me a 5 Guys taste with the fries being a little bit Better in my Opinion which is a Good thing. I got the double bacon cheeseburger with fries and I was not Disappointed.

Customer service was a 0. No greeting when you enter, no greeting at the register. Hispanic male was very rude. I asked for a refund before I even got my full order. Please dont waste your money here. A hamburger, fries, 2 drinks and a milkshake for $36 dollars. Go somewhere else.

Large nice portion sizes, but of the unhealthy type foods like french fries and onion rings. The meat for burger and stuff, they skimp out on. It was okay for a quick lunch time but I won’t be stopping in again because of the high prices sadly.. 1 drink, 1 small fry, 1 single cheese burger = $21.00 dollars. Smh

Great stop for a quick bite to eat. Little pricey as compared to Cookout but milkshakes were good and burger was a tad better. I got a Oreo shake and a single with cheese with Z sauce, lettuce, tomato, picked, and fried onions. All toppings are included, and they have quite a few more as well. Service at this location was pleasant and friendly.

Small place, big food!! Food is excellent, portion sizes are great, service is friendly and professional. We have ordered dine in, carry out, and delivery thru door dash. We love Z Burger
