Service was less than par. The girl working at the counter is rude. She acted as if she does not want to be there. As a first time customer I wanted a minute to look over the menu. She slumped over the counter tapping her pen as if we were bothering her being there. We didn’t leave. The food came out hot. The girl was fairly nice to me when bringing the food to our table but not friendly at all to my partner. The portions were small for the price. It looks good on picture but mostly rice. The vegetables are under the meat. So actually you get a small amount of meat, lots of rice, and a good amount of vegetables. I’m not sure how it would be if you chose not to get vegetables. The taste was good. The chicken was overcooked and chewy. The steak was very tender though. I probably wouldn’t return especially if the rude clerk is at this restaurant.

I ordered shrimp and chicken no broccoli no carrots and a chicken hibachi no broccoli no carrots, called because they messed up my order and added broccoli and carrots to the shrimp and chicken and carrots to the chicken. The manager L tried to tell me the chef checks the orders for accuracy and that it is not on my plate. I asked did she want me to send her a picture. She kept repeating herself. We had to pick it out why would we lie! NEVER AGAIN!

After reading past reviews I have been very hesitant about trying this place! I patiently waited for it to open and once they opened and word of mouth had me stay away!! I decided to try it out and find out for myself! So…today was my first time eating at this restaurant! It is amazing! The hibachi steak is on point, flavorful and tender, the rice is nicely textured and flavorful and the portion is enough for dinner and lunch tomorrow haha! The FOOD is amazing and the prices are not bad at all! The only thing I would said about the restaurant is the staff Could be a little friendlier and the sanitation grade needs work! But overall I say try it out 🙂

I went about a month ago at the time I couldn’t leave a review. The restaurant was very clean inside and out but has a strong fish smell like when you go to a fresh seafood market. Being the name is “Hibachi House” I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. They didn’t have soup nor salad. They seemed very unorganized, at the time the soda machine wasn’t working so I was given a can drink. The food was terrible. Steak was a weird texture I couldn’t get one piece down. The vegetables were very undercooked. I like my vegetables with a bit of bite but they were hard like they weren’t cooked. The shrimp were a nice size and the sauce has a nice taste. The rice was awful. Maybe the Chinese options are better but I will never know. $20 and the only thing edible were 6 shrimp.

I ordered online on November 17 via their website I got a message that said my card was declined yet there is a pending charge for fifty dollars I called the restaurant which confirmed that the order came through but could not be completed I was told to come in and pay in person and that the pending charge may drop off in three to five days and that if it didn’t just dispute it with my bank …when I came in to pay and order my food again I was told that if I can’t afford to eat out then maybe I shouldn’t when I brought up this pending charge and the difficulty I have had disputing charges in the past

Food was great. I wouldn’t recommend using the bathroom though; I locked the door, but the latch came unlocked when a customer tried to enter while I was using it. Owner should look into fixing the bathroom door locks.

Ordered the Hibachi Chicken & crab rangoons. Both the chicken & vegetables & rangoons were delicious! The “fried rice” was very bland, as others have stated, but its not bad. For $10.25, you really couldn’t ask for a better deal! WAY More affordable & better tasting than the Hong Kong chinese place that’s down the road. IMO.
Will definitely be a repeat customer so long as the quality stays the same.
Edit: came back to say, this place was a bonefide lifesaver when I had covid. Egg drop soup & certain chinese foods are some of the few things I can actually eat when I’m sick. I ordered from here almost every day & it really got me by. The soup is delicious, comforting, & filling. The chicken & broccoli was delicious, the chicken lo mein was delicious, & today I’m trying the chicken mei fun. From 4 to 5 stars, highly recommend! The hibachi is decent, but the rest of the menu is better.
