Quiet little spot and we are glad we checked this place out! Very nice staff and the food was great! Really enjoyed the Phuket ramen. Got it medium and it had some kick but there are 2 more levels (spicy, Thai spicy). If you ever had Thai spicy in Thailand then you know what its about. Chicken and panang was great and the kids loved it as well!

Small but cozy place. The menu is more of a traditional thai but has a small twist on “american” favorites. I would go back with a group of 4 for some of the shareable dishes.

Came here a few weeks ago. Super friendly staff. Cute interior. Family run. Really wished the food would be better. It was incredibly salty too salty. Dunno maybe too much msg. Food would have tasted better with more balance.

Food was amazing. Highly recommend the Tom Yum Soup and the Pad Thai. Also their Thai Coffee was delicious. Will definitely be coming back again!

*UPDATE*

I’ve ordered again a few times to give this location another chance and so glad the 1st instance wasn’t my only impression.

The spice level and flavor is more accurate to the long beach location, the veggies are enough, it wasn’t too oily, and it finally satisfies my craving.

Took a few orders to get it right so it might just be whoever is in the kitchen, but it’s definitely improved the past couple orders!

I went to this location cause I’d recently tried the long beach location and was craving their vegan pan fried green curry chow mein (medium spicy, soft tofu). Was so excited to have a closer location in mid city. Unfortunately, they do not seem to make it the same here. What I got tasted more like an alfredo sauce than green curry, and it wasn’t the slightest bit spicy (there were also less veggies and tofu in it but I didn’t mind since it meant more noodles). It was still tasty but definitely not the same dish I had in long beach and it didn’t satisfy my craving. Also, it was really oily.

Would try again to see if it was a one-off mistake or if they actually have a completely different recipe and spicy meter from the long beach location.

We found this nice restaurant through the Google Maps. The restaurant was small but clean and cozy. It had a small parking lot next to the restaurant. The staff was friendly. The food was delicious. The restaurant had a nice movie decor. I love their thai BBQ skewers with sauce. The restaurant was busy, so I recommended you to come early

Just where you don’t expect it, there’s a great Thai place with a great atmosphere. It’s family run and an offshoot of a long beach based main restaurant. It’s really good and easy to miss because it’s somehow part of the motel. But they took over the motel’s sixties style coffee shape and offer tasty and super fresh Thai. I got my usual pad Kee mau and Thai sausage and I ate the latter so fast I nearly forgot to get a pic. To give you an idea of the attention to detail the cabbage in the latter dish was so fresh it was succulent.

Okay, I spotted this new Thai restaurant cruising La Brea near San Vicente. Looked interesting so I did some surfing on the chef/owner and I had the feeling it would be good but they surpassed my expectation on all counts. Beautiful plating, subtle notes (if you can say that about Thai flavors) explosive flavors that also show restraint from skilled hands. Word will soon spread and this little tucked away location will be a tough reservation.

Food has good flavor, service is fast, rice serving was not generous. When ordering out make sure you get several napkins, utensils, spices and salsa…Onlu one of each was given in my back fornthe take out order even though a request was made previously. I would not go back there any time soon…
