This location has been going downhill for a while. Long wait times caused by incompetence was fine as long as the food was decent, but now we dont even have that. We just got our order and were disappointed to see our Frosties half-empty and our sodas with a significant empty space in the cups.

Place was severely understaffed with only 2 workers. My Oder was missing some of the food and a drink while we did get all the food in the end it took over 30 minutes just to get my mobile order. The situation that happened is not on the workers if the restaurant but the management team/ operator who operated the resultant in the stapling conditions that were presented. Very disappointed.

Went through the drive thru. First thing I saw was an employee sitting on the curb vaping. This shouldn’t be allowed. I think it’s gross to see employees standing or sitting out front of the establishment smoking and joking. They should leave the property to do this. They should take a lesson from Chick Fil A. It was not busy at all. My order was so simple- a single with cheese- only mustard and onion and it was still wrong!! Forgot to put onions on it. The girl at the window was not friendly at all. No greeting and no thank you. Again, take a lesson from Chick Fil A. They probably wonder why business is lacking and Chick Fil A is booming. Doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure this out.

I had an order on the app scheduled to be ready at 12:05. I got there and my food wasn’t ready nor was my order name on their screen. After I had said I had a mobile order it took another 10 minutes to get my food ready. I’m unsure if it’s just who was working or what but I was livid about getting my order 25 minutes late

Store thinks they have the right to violate your right to Constitutional Carry in the state of West Virginia, and violate your Second Amendment rights. Further more half the staff acts likes you are nothing but an inconvenience and your order is wrong half the time.

Worst service ever when dinning in in the morning. It took them 15 minutes about just to cook my simple meal. The staff made no eye contact, ignored me most of the time and not making any contact what so ever until 15 minutes almost. The morning staff is slower then dirt too. Drive thru was getting all the orders fast while I was ignored and waiting. What the living hell!! Bad service, rudeness, slow staff. Don’t use the dine in option in the mornings

They forgot to give us an order of French fries I had bought and discovered missing. I called the restaurant, and they simply said to let them know on the next visit, and they would make it right.
