Honestly, best Domino’s in Gainesville. There are so many locations, but I feel like this place is the most consistent, where me and my partner decide to always just go here after a long day when we are craving some pizza. Staff is friendly, pizza is honestly fire, and I specifically choose this location over the others.

One of my three orders was Thin Crust Pepperoni Pizza, (the others were cheesy bread and hand tossed olive topped pizza). When I came home, I discovered that 1/3 of the whole pizza and the whole bottom was burnt! My grandson was too hungry, so he ate the middle pieces that were less burnt. This was the second time these burnt pizzas were sold to me which is not acceptable!

Gary is amazing!! He is the best delivery driver I’ve ever had in my entire life. He fixed our problem with ease, he deserves a raise. He was so nice and took care of our problems so quickly! Highly recommend!

A nice gentleman named Gary took my order and gave good help when I asked him about what deals and coupons the store has. He even reccomended I install the Domino’s app, I did and it’s very good! It already gave me a conditionally free pizza.

So I was confused by the app and they made sure I got my order right instead of following the scramble I put in the order! Also, we just had a small conversation about birthday rewards to which the girl on the phone was unsure of so I let it slide. To my surprise, I saw happy birthday written on one of the boxes and it honestly made my day!

I ordered my Pizza super late after a Gator game. Going into it I knew it would take a while for the pizza to get there, but my delivery driver, Gary, was so apologetic when he delivered the pizza. He waited 50 minutes in traffic on university avenue just to deliver our pizza and was still kind and remorseful. I reassured him that I completely understood and that he had nothing to apologize for. I honestly wish i had tipped him more than I did. Thank you, Gary!
