I have loved this bar! The cocktails were incredibly creative, especially the cherry chocolate old fashion! The bartender Ariana was super friendly and gave great recommendations. What a surpise! The 5 star ratings are legit! We enjoyed a quick weekend trip to KC and were delighted to find this amazing spot! The drinks were impeccably crafted! We enjoyed the hot honey ccocktails and a pour of Dancing Panda.

This was our first time Excelsior Springs. When we searched for a “Bourbon Bar”, Warbird Whiskey is the first thing that popped up. Amazing bourbon selection! Great staff as well as great food. Highly recommend checking out if you’re in the area and want to support a veteran owned business!

The sandwich is actually very big. I forgot to take the picture. The flight Deck Philly. Is chicken, but the flavors with pepper and onions, topped off with provolone cheese, Amazing, so fresh. Ate the whole thing. The homemade coleslaw, OHMyGosh, DeLishOus. I had a Bloody Mary, Perfectly made. Tasted like another one, but it’s noon Definitely coming back. Sandwich was only $12. Prices good. The Bloody Mary put me over the top for lunch, but worth it. Normally water. Just had to try a variety. AUDREY The General Manager was AMAZING, so social, friendly, professional, fun. Makes you feel at home.

The atmosphere is great! And great people. This is a newer cocktail bar, so I’m giving them a 5 star review although it took about 20 minutes to get service, however there were multiple larger groups and the bar was full when we got here. The bartenders were quickly getting out drinks before we got service and our drinks came out quick once ordered. But the best part, the cocktails are outstanding. I had the gingerbread old fashioned. Top notch. Great little space with a great atmosphere. Recommend.

From top shelf service and food, to the best whiskeys around, Warbird is the real deal. Fun atmosphere in a cool little town. Definitely worth the drive from KC and beyond. Gotta try the pulled pork sandwich and one of their mixed drinks. Always a great way to spend an afternoon!
