Mini catered my birthday party last week and did such a fantastic job. We were a group of about 15 mostly chef-and-food-related people and this was one of our best meals all weekend. The textures and flavors are all on-point and she gives you everything to make the dishes beautiful as well. I love the farmer’s market stand and popups, but it was really special to get a catered meal — she’s the first I’d go to if I have something like this again!

We met Mini and Marcus at the Basilica Farm and Flea this past weekend and got to try every item offered on their menu that day. I was delighted to discover that all of it was vegan, and even more delighted by the flavors and textures of each dish. Mini and Marcus are also so kind, and it is evident that they cook with love. Wow! We just hired the Samosa Shack to cater a birthday party at home for 50 people. Mini Dhingra guided us toward the right menu for our group and then delivered the most delicious array of samosas, aloo tiki, naan and other yummy things to our doorstep. The food was a huge hit and we are very grateful. Highly recommend.
