Disappointed that my drink was not made to recipe so I did not receive whats advertised and when asked for the remainder in the blender I was told they weren’t allowed. If following the recipe for making protein cold foam (which should be made individually not in bulk) there should not be extra product in the blender. Since there was no room in my cup from them over filling (with matcha and milk or putting too much ice) for all of my protein cold foam I asked for the remainder. I was told that she assumed there was more drinks that needed the cold foam so she made extra. I proceed to ask her if she did 2 servings of protein then and she said no she only made 1 she just poured too much cream in the blender …. I did not receive the 15g of protein that was advertised per drink because the girls did not make my drink to the standard recipe and over poured cream into the blender with my protein powder and then refused to give me the remainder so that I atleast got my 15g of protein. Please discuss product waste and go over recipes and training for new products so customers get accurate Nutritional Values and your store doesn’t waste product. Thank you

This Starbucks is located inside our Safeway. It’s the only place with seating inside the store and I needed to rest. As a black drip coffee drinker, the coffees were so much Greek to me, so I ordered a hot chocolate.
Oh my. Hot, dark and just slightly bitter, it was the best I’d had in ages. Not the over sweetened packaged stuff, this was SO GOOD! A dab of whipped cream would have made it perfect.

Since this location changed their service stand their service is Absolutely terrible.. When the stand was smaller and only had two employees their service was excellent. Now that starbucks has expanded their stand their service is less than poor.. There has been several times that I have gone To place an order in which I was ignored for almost thirty minutes. Another time I purchased a thirty dollar gift card in addition to a drink. I was waiting for my drink only to find out after twenty minutes of waiting that they hadn’t even placed my order.. I will never go back to that starbucks location ..

The new update to the store is really nice. Its wonderful that they have nitro and the new espresso machines that the other locations have by standard in the city. However, the baristas clearly don’t know how to make anything to standard. Because of this, they are disorganized, in the way of each other, making wait times incredibly long. I understand a little of a wait if there’s only two people, but it’s very frustrating to watch a full staff scramble around each other when they don’t have to. Drinks are almost always wrong because they don’t follow Starbucks recipes, so you never really know what it’s going to taste like that day, especially if you like to modify your drink at all. Given, I may expect more as someone who previously worked for cooperate Starbucks for five years, as I am more attuned to their mistakes. The only time I say it’s worth it to go is if the store manager is there, making your drink. But, if I’m honest, it might be better to wait for the stand alone location to open before you spend more money on convenience coffee. *This review is based off of my past two experiences, a couple of weeks apart*

Every time I’ve gone here, they have either taken 30+ minutes, got my drink wrong, or both. I rarely have friendly service. I finally gave up and go to Genevieve’s or Tiny Bean all the time now. The remodel does look nice, but when the line is long, it blocks shoppers trying to get through.

Wendilynn cheerfully took my order and the other barista (I didn’t catch her name) made my frappuccino exactly how I like it! She was so sweet and said she made it with love. It showed! ❤️ It tasted soooo good! Thank you, both for such excellent service!

Every time we come here we’re disappointed. They are always out of everything, the service is horrible, and they don’t always make the drinks correctly. I love Starbucks but might as well travel to Globe or Tucson to get it because I might actually get what I ordered in a timely manner. I come here one time a week IF THAT to give it another try and it seems like it’s the same every time. So disappointing. I wish they would get it together, other Starbucks are not like this.

I love Starbucks, so everything was perfect. I would of gave 5 stars but an employee was touching her face, scratching her head, pulling her hair back and she had no gloves on, didn’t wash her hands and making customers drinks while she was doing this. Other than that it was ok. Just think people should be more cautious, especially with what’s going on in the world.

I asked to put pumpkin in my drink, and the nice lady at the front, who I’m guessing is very new, asked if I had said mocha, and I said no pumpkin, then continued to write down mocha on my drink, so it was made wrong, but I wasn’t in a rush, so I just asked for them to remake it. The lady I asked to remake it remade it, but before I even left after receiving my drink, she started to complain about how my drink “isn’t even good.” I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but I feel like it is a lot more professional to complain after the customer is gone, not when they’re still there. I really hope the next time I visit things are better!

Lately they are out of everything. There’s a new just Untrained person the last few times I went. I don’t mind them being out of things they have enough options to choose something else. My problem is standing in line needing to call my family to give them new options and getting looks from the line of customers waiting behind me like it’s my fault it’s taking ten minutes to give my order. I went in prepared for what I need. Also I’ve been trying to redeem my star points the last four times I went in. I don’t know what I have to say to get this done because I’ve told four barista/cashiers I want to redeem my points and then use my card for remaining balance. Yeah yeah they tell me but they never get redeemed. Next time maybe I’ll go in with no balance on my card so there’s nothing but points to use and since I’m already taking up all the time in the world to get four drinks ordered I’ll camp out until they learn how to redeem them. Hopefully they won’t expire before that.
