The first time I purchased it was ok. The second time I went there with a coworker and upon going to the rest room, I heard my coworker tell the staff to refund the money due to the employee not washing her hands after mopping the floor and then went straight to handle the milk container. We also reported it to the supervisor, so I won’t be going back there

Usually come here during the day when the people who work here take the time to make you a decent ice cream so I’m here tonight I’m going to post a picture there’s a bunch of girls working here younger and too much of a hurry to make an ice cream and they gave me a long ice cream flavor that they had to make it this is horrible this Sunday that doesn’t even look like it’s Sunday what Sunday is having whipped cream going up the side of the ice cream

Very horrible costumer service. I was accused of not communicating back to the store that I was not picking up a birthday cake. I spoke to more than 3 people in the store. As someone who used to work in the bakery/cake atmosphere, if a cake order gets cancelled you CAN resell a cake with proper steps of defrosting/refrosting, ESPECIALLY if it is an ice cream place. I’ve also had an incident where a family member went to pick up an online order that was placed well in advance and she had to write on the cake order herself.. and now they want to threaten a costumer for not picking up a written cake? Life happens and it’s not the end of the world to redo a cake. I will never be returning to this location.

A couple of months ago, I came in late one night and there were young girls behind the counter. They were talking with other girls who seemed to not have worked there when we walked in. When we asked if they were still open and if we could order something, they laughed and continued to talk to their friends. I would NOT recommend coming here!!

If I could give it zero stars, I would. The young girls working were extremely rude and unprofessional. The girl made the order wrong three times and then began to get an attitude and complain to her coworkers “ who orders strawberries on a sundae anyway. “ speaking loud enough about ME A PAYING CUSTOMER. After she finally made it correctly, she decided to aggressively slam it on the counter. When she was asked for her name and the name of her manager she refused to provide the information and stated she was not giving her name. The second girl working was her sidekick and laughed at the entire situation. I asked for the name from her as well, and she said she could not give that information. I will never return to this location again. TERRIBLE SERVICE. I am glad that the Fisher location was able to help and forward my concerns to the owner.

Bunch of female Gen Z’ers running the place and have no clue what they’re doing. Large Blizzard was mostly just a big cup of vanilla soft serve ice cream, almost no candy. I’d have your expectations set very low for this joint.

My blizzard was served so soft and mushy that before I was half way done it was totally melted. I was drinking it. Aren’t they supposed to be so thick that they serve them upside down? I realize that they have just opened so I am willing to give them another try but they should step up their game. There are no other places to go for just ice cream in that area so done right it should be a success.
3 weeks later, my husband and went back my blizzard was better but still too soft. Also the candy pieces were too fine and I don’t think I got all of ingredients I was supposed to.
2 years later and they really got it together. Amending my review from 1 star to 5.

I had such a wonderful experience and Sheridan made that happen. She came through for me on a cake and I’m forever grateful. She provided excellent customer service. She is a great asset. This location is always so accommodating.
