Exactly as I remember, even if those memories were from when they were in the mall. I got the big gyro with fries and it was a trip down memory lane. The new to me location is nice and large. The staff was pleasant and attentive. As far as gyros they’re not the best I’ve had, but again they’re consistently good. Love the curly fries and that they still have hot chili powder to sprinkle on them. I wanted the frozen orange drink but forgot to order one until after my food came.

I used to go to Olga’s with my grandparents when I was a kid. I was overjoyed when I tasted the three cheese olga and it was exactly how I remembered it!
I also ordered hot tea and they specially brought a little sauce cup of honey for me. Service was exceptional! Atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

Lunch took 1 hrs 40 minutes and it WASN’T because we were chatting AND delayed in placing order. Fries were cold upon delivery. Usually such a great experience. Snackers are always good

We ordered a DoorDash order that was not completed correctly on the door dashers end. Nick an employee from Olga’s was so helpful, he even called Doordash to help correct the issue. Nick is amazing and I will be frequenting Olga’s more often due to the amazing customer service I received.

I have food allergies. My server Giovani, as well as the kitchen staff took that into account. Did a fabulous job making sure I stayed safe. Giovani, was personable, friendly, sweet, kind, and attentive. The food was delicious.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I ordered food for my mom who was at a doctor’s appointment through doordash and unfortunately the doordasher never delivered the food. My mom went to go pick up the food herself and discovered that the dasher took her food altogether and just didn’t deliver it at all. Brandon at Olga’s went above and beyond and remade her order and gave her a few other goodies. Thank you for being so kind and turning an unfortunate situation into one that we are truly grateful for!

I was born and raised in Kalamazoo been gone since 1991 but I still have family here. When I come home to visit I always have to have one. They used to only have a location in the crossroads mall, however I see that now they have a bigger location on Drake road. They have many other options now but I love the fresh lamb meat ORIGINAL Olga. I always get this with extra meat the “open face” with the 3 cheese. The bread wrap is a die for. The wrap is tender with a hint of sweet flavor. People see it and like oh it’s a Gyro and I have to correct them.. the gyro has no comparison and the sauce is so good. I also love the salad. Extra sauce ..extra dressing .. and extra feta cheese me please. My last visit was over my 2 week visit for the Christmas Holiday and I had to go 3 times . The customer service is normally great however the last of 3 visits I had an employee tell me I had to pay extra for the white sauce, feta cheese and dressing for salad and when I questioned why when the last 2 visits I wasnt.Then it was offered free of charge ♀️ I’m like the prices here have already gone up tremendously. Other than that. I will visit again on my next visit home

The Young Man Brandon was a true professional. Not only did he answer swiftly when myself, and my daughter came to pick up my dinner. He brought us out my meal, and once I arrived home..I noticed the order could have been fresher.
I called the store and Brandon came to the phone – apologetic, showed true empathy – and promptly acknowledged my concern.
He then text me a coupon, and apologized on behalf of the company.
In these days in times, it was refreshing to see a young man – through, and through – truly care for a customer.
