Been a while since last time I had Jersey Mike’s Subs in Texas, pretty much the same old here.

Ordered my routine, Mike’s Famous Philly, steak grilled on the hot plate with onions, peppers, and American cheese.

The kick of peppers is their trick of making the cheese steak.

​I am writing to provide feedback on a recent experience at your location. My visit was marked by several issues that I believe are important to bring to your attention.
​First, I found the pace of service to be very rushed. The staff spoke quickly and did not seem to be actively listening to my order. This led to a lack of order repetition, and consequently, some items were missed.
​Additionally, I noticed a discrepancy with the available utensils. While forks were provided, there were no knives available. Given that you serve sub sandwiches, a knife is a necessary utensil for many customers.
​Finally, a simple request to have my sandwich cut in half seemed to cause confusion among the staff, who appeared hesitant to fulfill it.
​These issues combined led to a frustrating experience, and as a result, I would be reluctant to recommend this location to others. I hope this feedback helps you address these areas for improvement

We eat at jersey’s mikes all the time. I purchase a $100 gift card with the same upside app and the manager did not understand how this app worked. She told me that she’s unable to give me a gift card although I showed her the code. She proceeded to tell me that she was the manager and that the employee that normally assists me can not help. I walked away thinking that I did not purchase the gift card . She did not bother looking into the matter or helping outs
By the time I went to my car noticed that the gift card payment had processed on my upside app. I went back inside the Jersey Mikes and asked for some receipt of the balance indicating that there was a gift card. Wow! The employee, not the manager, printed out the receipt . The manager saw me and did not bother apologizing for the misunderstanding. Hey , she just got a recurring customer who purchased a $100 gift card and did not even bother to acknowledge. Whoever owns this franchise store should look into hiring a new manager since this one has poor customer service.

Jersey Mike’s is a chain that prides itself on consistency. Well corporate needs to look into getting the quality of customer service at this location consistent everywhere. The Sunday morning crew here are the most polite and caring of any location I’ve ever been.

There is nothing wrong with Jersey Mike’s if you want a very expensive sub sandwich with out having loads of options to put on said sandwich. I ordered I reg sub combo (drink and chips) and is cost over $15. For a sandwich! Maybe I am a penny pincher but that just seemed like a lot for some lunch meat, lettuce, tomato, and seasoning on a roll with chips and a fountain drink. The sandwich wasn’t spectacular, it was a regular sub sandwich. I think they are a little over rated and price gouge people for a sandwich.

Jersey Mike’s has always been my favorite sandwich shop. Not only because the offer gluten free bread, but also because they slice their meat and cheese fresh for every order. This location is a new shop that just opened today. The staff was friendly and helpful (ordering gluten free usually startles people a bit until they become familiar with it). The shop is small but they have tables inside and outside where you can see and eat. If you’re on the go, I recommend downloading, ordering and paying by app so you can just pick up your order and go, plus you earn points toward a free sandwich. Overall, Jersey Mike’s is a great chain and this shop is no exception.

Friendliest crew, fresh ingredients, good proportions. Personalized attention–I sent an online order in and forgot to change the pick-up time, so I called and they changed it w/ no hassles. Awesome crew!
