Worst Zaxbys ever. Buffalo blue tacos had no Buffalo sauce or blue cheese crumbles, had to add my own hot sauce just to have some flavor, lettuce was slimy and brown. They forgot the chicken in the kids meal, requested unseasoned fries and they looked like the container of seasoning busted open all over them. Waste of $43. Requested to speak with someone and was told the manager already left. Sent an email and never heard back from anyone.

I ordered two chipotle ranch tacos, as I have ordered from other Zaxby’s and this particular location the manager grilled the outside of the taco shell. They were far superior to any other Zaxby’s location. When she came out and brought the tacos to the car, she apologized that it took a little longer, but she explained that she grilled the shell. They were spectacular. She is a manager that takes pride in her location and making sure that she’s serving the best possible version of Zaxby’s chain food. Very unexpected from a fast food chain.

And when I asked the young lady how much longer it would take, i got all attitude and I quote, it’ll be ready when it’s ready, And shut the drive through window on me. very unprofessional place. When i finally got my familys order, it was cold. I will never be back to this location. I do not recommend

The person who was grabbing the order to eat inside, had a very bad temper and 2 times I asked for a lemonade, and he said it was extra, and I said I would pay and even so he hadn’t given it to me, he attended to other guys when I was ordering and then I came back and I ordered again and he tells me again that it’s extra and I said we were going to pay, really bad service, the food was good

The wait time was kind of long, but that’s to be understood from a new location. The service that I got from Morrea, not so sure about the spelling of her name, but it was very similar to that she took the order and also was at the window, and I was very impressed so much to the fact that I gave her a tip!!! I hope that others give that tight service
