Really can’t say enough positive things about this little hidden gem. As you approach the Cafe/ Pizza joint, you are surrounded by the most beautiful horses. As you enter the parking lot you are greeted by the sweetest and friendliest Labrador Retrievers..
Let’s talk about coffee. I ordered a Lavender Honey Shaken espresso that was phenomenal—they even had oat milk. The beans tasted bold but smooth and not burnt like your traditional Starbies latte.
I took the advice of the Barista/ Cashier and went with the Marguerita personal pizza.. I was blown away, not expecting much from a little unknown place like this. Wow! The toppings were plentiful and the crust was just the right amount of crisp and doughy. Really happily surprised by this place.
Did I mention the view!? Mountain View’s and Cabin like feel. I’m coming back and working from here sometime!

What a little gem of a coffee shop! Just in time for fall, I ordered the sweater weather and let me just say, absolutely top notch, better than the big coffee shops! What a gorgeous view of Pike’s Peak too, with lovely, quiet ambiance. Absolutely check this place out if you love coffee!

A friend and I drove two hours to come here, and we were not disappointed! The food, drinks, and service are all amazing. The atmosphere here is so calm and peaceful, and the view of Pikes Peak is spectacular. The employees we encountered were so kind and friendly. A hidden gem. Incredibly worth visiting!

This is the second time my fiancé and I are visiting Florissant and we were really in the mood for some coffee…let me tell you this is a hidden gem! The servers were so kind and welcoming, helped us navigate certain coffees and their food menu! Everything was so delicious. The view while you’re enjoying your breakfast is truly breathtaking and so peaceful. There was Sunday worship going on when we were leaving and we got to enjoy such beautiful music! We will be back for sure and I will be recommending this place to everyone I know!

Came back for the awesome pizza, stayed for the espresso and mountain view on the deck. This is a great place to stop by for lunch or coffee drink when you’re traveling down the highway. It isn’t too far off the beaten path, but when you’re driving to Wild Horses Cafe, you might wonder if the dirt road in the woods really leads to excellent pizza and delicious lattes with volleyball and a pool table…It does, you’re not lost, it is just a hidden gem.

My family and I went here our first morning visiting Colorado Springs for Thanksgiving break and thought we’d give it a shot because of the glowing reviews. We did not regret it one bit, this place was fantastic!! The view was INSANNNNE, the coffee and the food was perfect, and everyone was so friendly and inviting . I wish I had taken a picture before we dug into everything but we got quite a few items and they were just too good! Will definitely be returning here during our stay and during future visits to the area!

This place is so cute! The chai tea was so delicious and the perfect amount of sweetness. I’m glad they had Oat milk as an option too. The breakfast burrito was panini style, which I loved because it was grilled on both sides and added a great texture. They have options for the fillings so you can build your own how you like it. The service was so sweet, fast, and friendly. Will definitely be coming back when I find myself hiking up here again. I highly recommend!
