The blonde haired gentleman with the sleeve tattoo knows how to make a sub! Everything was perfectly proportional from my sauces to the meat, cheese and all my additives. Went in there on my lunch break and the service was friendly and my order was served with a smile. I wish I got his name to give him a better shout-out, but it’s was Thursday Oct 30th around 115 pm. Will be back!

Ordered three sandwiches. First two had almost raw bread. Third one was a “giant” one that two people were going to share. The roast beef is so rare it leaked meat juice all over the bottom bread. Basically inedible. Also we ordered our sandwiches with the rosemary bread, all of them were on white bread. Won’t return.

Worst customer service. First I was argued with about the payment of my order. I was told multiple times I owed money even though I paid in full. The current manger told me it was “not her problem” when I asked a question concerning my catering order and how it was prepared. Would avoid them at all cost! Will not return until there is a change in management.

My husband made a order online, he works all over NC and accidentally picked the wrong location and called like 3 mins later to cancel at this store and order from another location and the lady on the phone was very rude and would not cancel order for him! He has ate there before many times but this will be the last due to the lack of customer service skills and professionalism.

I’m passing through for work and decided to stop in at Jersey Mikes today for lunch. An app order mix up on my end prompted me to go back inside for an order change.
The staff was over the top accomadating, kind, helpful.
10/10 experience and the food was sublime.
Kudos to management and staff, i will go out of my way to grab lunch here again

Had to give it a 4 stars bc the last 3 or 4 time i have ordered subs one of the sub has been wrong. I do understand that there has been a lot of new people working there but if that is the case there should be someone double checking before there are leaving the store. So if you order online or in the app and you customize your sub i would double check it before leaving the store so you dont have to go back. Now I have never had a problem getting the sub remade.

I’ve been to jersey mike several times in different locations…I ordered the gluten free sub & Kristan made for me…HANDS DOWN the best sub ive ever had other than my own! Im very picky & hard to please so this says alot! Thank you! Keep up the hard work!
