The habit is one of my favorite restaurants but i was very disappointed when we got home and took out the food from the bag. The onion rings were so burnt there was no onion inside anymore it was just like a hard extra crunchy shell. We got 2 orders of onion rings both burnt . 11 dollars down the drain. The thing that got me mad is that i know the employees wouldn’t eat something like that then why would you serve it like that to a customer. Don’t they care about food quality and customer satisfaction??? Ive worked in fast food restaurants and that is not the correct way to serve food to your customers. It sucks that we were craving the food from The habit and then reciever food like that. That is throwing our money to the trash and things are so expensive nowadays

My first time here. The place was very clean. The staff was very helpful in explaining menu items and the food tasted amazing. They didnt have any wait times. I walked right up to the counter to order.

First time ever being at habits grabbed the new mango miso crunch. The commercial sold me. I guess I had high expectations knowing that habits is all bout quality. This is the new salad (mango miso crunch salad).

The onion rings delicious. Fries crispy. The burgers yummy, BBQ and Santa Barbara. The kids grilled cheese was a ten out of ten, according to my partner in crime. Pass on the chicken bites but will return for the burgers, onion and grilled cheese. Better tasting than five guys for sure.

I am a fan of the habit. They make great burgers overall. This time around was probably the best I have experienced. I ordered online, left on time but got caught behind a freight train that caused me to be 25 minutes late for my pickup. I kindly ask then manager if they could remake the 2 burgers and she happily ca agreed. Other than that, the burger was just out right delicious. Everyone enjoyed their warm food and I am grateful for the manager. Thank you again!

Came in at 8pm, an hour before closing, and asked for a Santa Barbara salad. To put it in perspective, the food is great, but this location is just terrible when it comes to meeting the standard. Just a terrible experience and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to eat here. I might be out of pocket but given the circumstances, I was treated like I didn’t matter. Terribly prepared order. No communication about missing ingredients. I gave a tip before receiving my food, but that tip jar should’ve stayed empty. I highly doubt anything else is up to standard if they failed to service my simple request. $24 down the drain.

It was absolutely fantastic like always the most awesome tasting sandwich I have ever had the Santa Barbara. There’s no way anybody could make a sandwich better than that. It is the ultimate it is a 10+ and I will continue to enjoy those every chance I get.
