I’ll preface this review by saying that Papa Johns is slightly better than its contemporaries (i.e., Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Little Ceasar’s, and Casola’s). However, their couriers clearly do not know how to follow directions. Contactless deliveries mean placing the items in front of the front door and leaving – not knocking on the door until they get a tip. News flash: the tip is already included when you order online. Pathetic service with equally mediocre pizza. Papa Johns is great if you’re on a budget, but they seriously need to learn how to follow directions better.

I started going to this PapaJohns since last year, it was really good at first. no complaints until probably like 4 months ago, like at least 3 times I’ve gotten some really weird tasting pizza. The pizza was hot but I think undercooked and old dough because the crust wasnt smooth it was like teared up, you can tell if you saw it but I ate it. I usually order 1 Large or XL Extra sauce Extra Cheese pepperoni or Half Pepperoni pizza. I think Im done ordering here sadly, I just dont like that pizza and paying about $20 isnt worth it.

After ordering from papa Johns and being a loyal customer I made an order today And I specifically said I had $100 bill. The lady in the front tells me no problem will take change when the delivery man get here he tells me he has no change after waiting 45 minutes for my pizza to arrive. Unbelievable. I asked to speak to the manager I believe he said, ferd is his name it was like talking to the wall with the manager now I see why everyone keeps putting bad reviews from this place

They made our pizza incorrect and the manager Fred pretty much called us a liar that he saw the pizza himself and was correct. Never seen someone so rude. I have been ordering from there over 6 years with no issue s.. Also instead of helping, he hangs up on us and continues to hang up if we call.

As previous comments mentioned, this location is really worth 0 stars. On more than one occasion, the pizza is NOT cut. How much effort does it really take to ensure there are slices to pull apart. Also, they never have plates. This time when I asked for plates I was given the response “We aren’t a dinner place. We don’t have tables or chairs.” This was a go to spot because it was close to a park we go to for youth baseball. I will be taking my money elsewhere.

If i could put NO STARS, that be the correct choice. They have 8 people working the kitchen — they had me wait for a pre order from UberEATS 50 minutes! For 2 pizzas ♀️ Said that the system was down and they weren’t expecting take out order to other customers yet they have mentioned that they are able to see, process the orders. So they are purposely not making orders until the customer shows up to the merchant. Terrible customer service and sarcasm is very much unnecessary by their behavior. They should all be fired. Terrible service. Thank God I’ve never ordered here. Now I won’t ever will.

Look at their ratings. It’s a gamble. Last experience was a repeat. Showed up, only one item was ready. 20 minutes later, second item not there…so now one COLD item? I politely requested the manager and she refused to come out saying I could cancel my order. What an incompetent coward. They are loaded with workers so this wasn’t even that. Someone screwed up the order but manager who’s been there forever it just a bad manager with zero people skills. Come out, make it right, something. Walked out with no food. Guess I’m the fool to think anything differently. Never again!
