Rachel was great. I had the honey mustard bbq chicken sandwich. It was perfectly heated and sauced. Although she and the other gentleman working had several online orders, I felt they were both very attentive. Will definitely return.

Pretty bad service ….. veggies were on the verge of being not good to eat. Tomatoes looked dried up, lettuce was browning, olives looked not good, spinach was in terrible condition. On top of all that we weren’t warned about over 75% of the drinks were out. Voiced my opinion and literally didn’t even offer any discounts or apology. Just got defensive when I said she should be managing the place better.

I never imagined I’d be writing this kind of review, but unfortunately, I’ve been unfairly banned from this Subway, and I feel compelled to share my experience.
I’ve been a loyal customer for years, moving to Luling just a few years ago. I go to this location to support the local business instead of Loves, which is actually closer to my home. However, today I was informed that I was no longer welcome—without a clear explanation. This was shocking and disappointing, as I have always conducted myself respectfully while dining. Only complaining where my sandwich was incorrectly made. (Which was quite often unfortunately.)
I believe this ban was issued based on a misunderstanding, and despite my attempts to request a fair review, I’ve yet to receive a proper response. I understand that restaurants have policies in place, but customers deserve transparency and due process, especially when no wrongdoing has occurred.
I genuinely enjoyed this location and I would have loved the chance to resolve this issue amicably. However, given the lack of communication and fairness in handling this matter, I can’t recommend this establishment to others who value respect and customer service.
If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to speak up, maybe if enough people speak out something will change, everyone deserves fair treatment.
I would be open to mediation withe the owner or district manager to hear my side of events.

This store has gotten so much better! The manager has done wonders for this location. The food is always good, the employees are always helpful & the restaurant is always clean & well stocked. Very happy with my last few orders & will definitely be back. Keep up the great work!

I went in for supper tonight and ordered 2 sandwiches, and 1 drink and the cost was $ 26.76. Girl told me that I was able to get a free cookies but she’s said they were all out. It’s was 7:42 in the evening and never should you be out. Takes 20 min to keep them cookies baked and out for sale. I had a tea, bare min came out and had to mix with unsweetened and lemonade to get a full glass.. They never have soup but the container is still in the hot stove. I love soup and sandwiches vs chips. I don’t get it, no one was instore and now you can’t even see the meats because of the big metal lid that is under the glass. Presentation is a must for sandwich shops. For 26$ I could have went to one of the burger or chicken places in town for less money. Very disappointed, I could have stopped in Lockhart to the subway there. They are always fully stocked and volume is plentiful. Very disappointing to have to write this review.

When you go any chain establishment, you know what food you are getting to get but not the staff. This subway has the best staff! All friendly when you arrive and interact when ordering your sandwich. The dining area is always clean and comfortable. The women’s room could use a little TLC, other than that, we do visit often!

ordered online waited until it said order was ready just to go in and the order wasn’t made because they were out of the bread we selected, no contact or anything to let us know. then when we got in, no one was around so we rang the bell. i’ve heard about this subway being bad but I figured we’d give it a chance, that was a mistake.
