I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers meat and cheese only and the woman working the drive through repeated my order back to me both at the speaker and at the window and when I got home both of my burgers were absolutely filled with diced onions. This McDonald’s just opened and they already messed up the simplest order possible.

Ordered 2 20 pc mc nuggets and 2 baskets of fries on the app for delivery. They forgot 1 20 pc mc nuggets. Such a simple order yet they messed it up.

The food was fresh when I got it out of the drive-thru and very good. But the employees forgot a couple things, like a large fry and large sprite. I instead got a medium sprite and had to ask for the large fry. That, and I ordered and paid for a large chocolate milkshake, and instead got a small milkshake. When I tried to correct them, I was handed back the very obviously small milkshake and was told “No, it’s a large, it’s just very small.”
I have ordered large milkshakes from McDonald’s before, and I say with 100% certainty that it was a small they gave me. It even got confirmed by who I’m assuming to be a manager on duty. If they don’t have any large or medium cups left, I’d’ve been fine just getting a small. But I was charged for a large and they had the gall to blatantly lie and claim that’s what I received. I’d definitely wait for these guys to get better staff with better standards.

The Stache
I bordered 4 mcgriddles a steak egg cheese bagel and a small coffee. The mcgriddles were thrown in the bag half wrapped and falling apart. The bagel was hard as a rock. And the last sip of coffee I spit out had a teaspoon of coffee grounds. Is there any quality control going on before the food is sent out? Is the manager keeping the employees managed? Do the employees take pride in serving the local people of this town? I feel like this is already becoming the terrible Sonic across the street! Please mcdonalds do better. You’re in a brand new location and new store. Every product coming out should be as close to perfect as it can get being brand new.

Ordered McMuffin sandwich which had burnt edges on the English muffin not good for a new business here. Took a second chance with them WHAT mistake. Fries over cooked, over sauced Big Mac with bread falling apart. Good Lord train these workers before opening or get new Managers/ shift leaders if they can’t monitor the food quality. Only if I am there to reorder food will I eat there. The Health Department needs to visit them

A business should honor its posted hours, I won’t be back to this location. I was refused service at 10:57pm when the posted hours are 24/7.
