Reviews
The cheesesteak sandwich is amazing and the burgers are likewise, good. Lots of wing sauces to choose from.
It feels like your friendly neighborhood bar, but with delicious f.
Edited to add: I ended up thoroughly rinsing and patting dry the garlic parm wings. Popped them in the air fryer and ate with BBQ sauce I had on hand…not ideal.
However, after our food arrived, she never once asked if we needed anything or how we were doing. It seemed that her attention was only on schmoozing with the regulars. We felt like outsiders, and it really soured the experience for us.
There was a lot on your menu that appealed to us, we just wish that the staff were more attentive as that put a damper on our experience.
We did not appreciate the fake customer service. The bar lady was giving more attention to the regulars and never checked in with us other than the beginning and in the end of our meal. I wrote her a nice note about how we felt in the receipt because I didn’t feel like it was worthy given of a tip. You don’t make out-of-towners feel like a background object or a number. It doesn’t put a good face to the town.
RESPONSE TO BOTH OF OUR REVIEWS
NO there was no “misunderstanding” it was clear our server did the bare minimum, this happen before the manager dropped in liquor. The regs got all of the servers attention, AND AGAIN it was only at the beginning check in and checking out that we got our server to check in with us. Not during at point of our meal did she ask if we needed anything. This simply a lack / absence of accountability. CLEARLY the server treated us like we weren’t coming back into town.
