This restaurant exceeded all of my expectations and deserves 10 stars!! The ambience and decor was so in line with my evening attire as I was celebrating my 65th birthday with my girlfriends. We received a warm welcome from Mariah as soon as we walked in the restaurant The staff even took pictures for us before our food arrived. I ordered the prime rib and let me tell you, it melted in my mouth like butter and the serving portion was so big that I was only able to eat half of it; my friends and I all agreed that the food was absolutely delicious and that baked sweet potato was the BEST we have ever eaten. However, the icing on the cake was my complimentary coconut cake that I chose and OMG it was like eating a slice of heaven; I have. NEVER eaten cake this moist, buttery, and delicious at any other bakery. The owners, Benny and Lisa are so warm and welcoming and made us feel very special throughout the entire meal.
The service was exceptional and the quality of the food was outstanding. I can’t wait until next year when I go again for my birthday celebration in August. This is one restaurant you MUST dine at if you want to experience great atmosphere, service, and an outstanding dining experience!! I’m still trying to figure out how to get that coconut cake mailed to me.

Wow! Great meal ! Jessi our server was very attentive…the food was fantastic ( we both had salmon, perfectly cooked asparagus and sweet potatoes)…the restaurant was beautiful and spotless ! Nice little t-shirt /gift area too. We cannot wait to go back!

Super welcoming Steakhouse! The staff and owners are exceptional and will go above and beyond to make sure that your visit is great. The food is great excellent and every dessert is made by the owners wife! Definitely recommend the Key lime Pie!

Celebrated our anniversary tonight at Palm33. We had heard wonderful comments but they fell short. The menu; the quality of those items and the staff are just exceptional. If you are lucky to have Favor serve you ,you are in good hands. My husband had the prime rib which was outstanding. I had the melt in your mouth filet. And ooohh the key lime pie!!

My husband took me here for my birthday and it was simply a great experience. The pimento cheese is a must. We got some to go. He also called ahead to have a whole carrot cake made for me. I’m usually not a carrot cake person but I must say it was the best I ever had. The owners stopped by our table to make sure we were having a good experience. I’ve never had that happen at a restaurant before. They take pride in their business and making sure the customer is taken care of which speaks volumes to me. I recommend this restaurant and can’t want to go back for another visit.

I hesitate as they just opened but so much went wrong. First the food was delicious (salmon melted in your mouth, ribs were meaty, sides were great). The restaurant was beautiful. We sat outside by the fountain and listened to music while we ate. The hard part – waited an hour for our meals as did others, was going to order dessert and a to go box for the ribs. 30 minutes later one in our party went and got the to go box from inside and told the waitress we wanted our checks. I never got my dessert as we waited another 15 minutes And one in our party took the checks inside. Another member of our party asked to speak to management as we wanted to be upfront about our concerns however the waitress said ” no just blame it on me?” It wasn’t her fault our food took over an hour or that there seems to be some disorganization.
We know they just opened but hope management takes this info to improve their service. We plan on going back for another try and I love quality non-fried food.

5 stars is just not enough. Hands down amazing food. The booths are perfect for private conversations. SO glad to have found Palm 33 Steak and Seafood!! see questions that people asked, we spent about 90 per person, that included dessert and cocktail, app too. it was worth it !

However, the overall experience is marred by a couple of issues. The menu is quite limited and doesn’t offer healthy alternatives. Furthermore, the service needs significant improvement, as the attention is inconsistent. They lack experience in customer service. If they manage to match the quality of the service and the menu with the beauty of the venue, this restaurant will be a resounding success. For now, it’s a place to visit for the aesthetics, but not so much for the food or the service.”

Wow. We just enjoyed our second meal at this restaurant. The first time (a few weeks ago), each person at the table ordered a different grilled seafood special and each dish was wonderful. Tonight, our charcoal-grilled filet mignons were so perfectly delicious, we asked to meet the chef, who was very kind, gracious, and hospitable, along with his wife. We have been impressed with everything about this place – the warm pita chips brought to the table, the salads and homemade dressings, the baked sweet potatoes, etc. We can’t wait to try some of the other dishes. The atmosphere feels quiet and private, and the outdoor spaces look inviting for warmer weather as well. Service is outstanding. This restaurant is on our short list of favorite restaurants and we will definitely go back soon. Love it!

My husband’s and my birthdays are a day apart. Our wonderful friends took us to Palm 33 to celebrate. Our experience was just delightful. The atmosphere is amazing, the service fantastic (the owner and manager both came to our table to check on us and introduce themselves) and the food was exceptional!
We will all definitely be returning.
