Every time I go to Caribou, I ordered the same thing, and this is the only Location that consistently messes it up. My drink is not supposed to come with whip cream It’s not included in the ingredient list so I have no Option to select no whip cream on it yet every time I come and pick My order up there’s whip cream on it covering most of the drink. No one has ever behind the counter for me to correct them on it, and I’m still paying over $8 for this? Starbucks it is.

Caribou is wonderful wherever it is located, but to have it in Byerlys is perfect. I can order ahead, pick up my coffee and enjoy my shopping with my coffee! The carts have beverage holders making it so convenient. 2 of my favorite stores in the same place.. perfect!

I don’t come in here as much if at all. I really getting tired of your employees digging into me. I’m a paying customer who Wanted a cup of coffee. Every time I go in here the coffee taste burnt. This is I why I went to Panera Bread. I can server my self without having to deal with the employees even though they are really professional and respectable. This is getting old.

I do not stop for a coffee to often but when i do its at the Caribou Coffee in Lunds and Byerly’s. The barista , I did not get his name, is always very helpful, and his creations are always perfect!!

Caribou coffee has great, expertly prepared coffee & tea . This location is especially nice – you can enjoy your beverage while you shop at this beautiful Lunds Byerly’s grocery store, sit in their small dining area, or take it to go.
