ALL 5’S across the board. My son always love waffle house EVERY time I stop in to get him the ALL Star special we are greeted with the famous “Welcome to waffle house” Always friendly service, of course like most people you tend to have a favorite cook. But everyone has A1 Service. Especially that Early morning crew. 10/10 on Food, Service, Atmosphere.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. As soon as I walked in the door I should of turned around and left. The restaurant was so nasty. Every table was dirty, food all over the floor where the food is being cooked. I asked to see what the TBones looked liked before I ordered and that seemed to be a problem. I changed my mind from to go to eating here and that seemed to be a problem because the cook had to change the plate out. Then I asked for a biscuit instead of toast and was a problem too. The slick under the breath comments gave this away with the rolling of the eyes. All this before I even got my food. The food came…. My TBone was so tough the steak knife wouldn’t even cut it. I still was served toast instead of the biscuit I asked for. So all the eye rolling I got was for nothing. I got my biscuit and it was so mushed flat and greasy I had ask what it was. It didn’t look like a biscuit. But 1 good thing did come out this, my eggs. I asked for scrambled light with cheese and that is what I got. They were perfect. It took 30 minutes for the cook to ask if she could recook my meal and I told her NO, the mood was already ruined by then. But she recooked it anyways. And it looked a 10000000 times better…. So a bad situation turned good. Thank You Ms. Pat. I was worried there for a minute. I thought I had paid $21.25 for some eggs. This is NO LIE, AS SOON AS SHE PUT MY FOOD DOWN IN FRONT OF ME A GENTLEMAN WAS WALKING IN AND TOLD MS. PAT “I WANT THE SAME EXACT MEAL AS HER’S”. PRESENTATION IS EVERYTHING…. AGAIN THANK YOU MS. PAT…
The last picture is my meal recooked the right way.

Needed a good start to my well traveled day
Flew in from WA state and was graving me some Waffle House – the staff here are exceptional – and the food so yummy.
Huge shout out to our server – Money. Big Thank You.

Picked up food and called it ahead. They actually got my order 100% correct, which doesn’t always happen when ordering on the phone and especially when ordering hash browns (which I think is the most incorrectly prepared food on their menu when asking for toppings). The waffle was great and I got country ham for my side as well. It was overall a good experience, the only complaint is that I had to stand around and try to get someone’s attention when I came in to pick up my order. But otherwise, once they started helping me out they were nice and quick.

I ordered the grits bowl. It was so good. Service was awesome. Mr. Tyler was in training, but he did a great job.

My server Linh was awesome. However the short order cooks could use a bit more training and a lesson in proper etiquette.

Look I’m from the south born and raised and I like to respect others especially my elders. I visited this location and the whole time ms.Debrah (I believe I spelled it correctly) and has been working for 25 years she was running her section perfectly. She was taking online orders calling them out she was taking take out orders and all of the other coworkers was being extremely rude the other waitress wasn’t doing her job and was joking around with the cooks and not taking her job seriously because she was also giving orders and commands to the other people working and she didn’t take to the others like she did to Ms. Deborah. I hope they start to respect her more g giving she was doing so much and had the restaurant on her shoulder’s.

My family was in a rush and on the road for my kids soccer game…my husband went in to grab me a coffee..the waitress stated there were no sugar packets, no stirrer, but offered for us to take the suvar glass outside to our car. I went in asked for at least a to go plastic knife or spoon she told me Noo. It wouldnt reach to the bottom of the cup..I asked again..first off.. mind your buisness..bad attitude and if you offered for me to bring something to my car and back in the establishment..that is gross. Pic of the knife in the cup…imagine that..it fits!!

We all love the WH and we know exactly what to expect. The food is fast and predictable. What I wasn’t ready was the automatic 20% added cost for prep and tip on carry out orders. Don’t get me wrong, I’m all about tipping and tipping well for excellent service but when a fast food business starts adding compulsory fees to bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, things have gotten out of hand. I guess McDonald will start adding drive through fees next.
