The tamales are really tasty and freshly made. I came in and I could smell the sauces getting cooked. It’s such a delight to find amazing and truly Mexican food. The only problem is their customer service not very friendly and it’s okay. The food was really great that I am willing to overlook that.

I recently stopped by Tamales Mana hoping for a quick, simple bite—just one red pork tamale and a side of beans. I didn’t want the lunch special, just those two items. However, the woman at the counter insisted on ringing me up for the lunch special, even though I politely declined multiple times. Despite trying to communicate clearly (even in Spanish), I felt dismissed and rushed, which made the interaction a bit uncomfortable.
Instead of paying around $8 with tax for a tamale and beans, I ended up spending $11, supposedly including salsa and crema. Unfortunately, the salsa was nearly nonexistent, and some creama, but they charge additional for it. The beans were bland and lacked seasoning—just a flat, flavorless side that didn’t add anything to the meal.
As for the tamale, it was mostly masa with very little filling. The pork was scarce and underwhelming in flavor. It was so dense and dry with excess masa that I ended up feeding most of it to my chickens.
Overall, I found the service to be a bit rude and inattentive, which made the experience even more disappointing. I had hoped for a small, authentic meal but was met with mediocre food and poor customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Tamales were delicious! Flavorful and just spicy enough. Plenty of filling in the center. So tired of grocery store versions where there is color but no real meat or cheese inside. These were great!

They make the best tamale in the area. They have a good selection of tamale, and they are big. The prices are very good. Definitely recommend this place.

Best tamales in Sonoma County. They have a cart too. Warning, due to their popularity they can run out of flavors and they are Closed On Sundays. All flavors are really good and filling. I have had most of the tamales and they are deliciously tender (don’t overlook the pinapple). Good masa to filling ratio. For people who don’t like spicy, they are very mild unless you put the orange hot sauce on them. Very reasonably priced. The rice is fluffy and tasty and the beans have great texture and flavor. They have a few tables to sit at (it will probable get very hot inside during the summer). Located at the old Mariachi’s (no, they don’t have the TV any longer to watch soccer on) Good People, addictive tamales.

I love the pork and chicken tamales from here, but the cheese ones barley have any cheese and has a lot of masa. The service is okay, not really to friendly but they aren’t rude either. They are my go to for pork tamales and are open pretty late. That’s my favorite part. They only charge 50 cents more if you want your tamale prepared with spur cream and salsa.

Best tamales I’ve had in a LONG time. Saw the sign and decided to try them on a whim. Green chile chicken, mole, bean & cheese, pineapple and corn. You will not be disappointed. They are a large portion and not dry!! They taste like they were just made!!!
