The rain on a Saturday afternoon made this place super busy. Saigon Eatery offers quick bites after a day of errands. We stopped in and there were no large groups seating available at that moment. There were 9 of us, including young children.
After 5 minutes, we got tables and chairs to make a large seating area. A staff member came over and clean the tables. We placed a large order and was happy with amount of food in the soups. The broth is light and delight in comparison to other traditional pho. The dipping sauce the bun is light as well. Everything came on plate was hot and fresh. There are extra sirracha and hosian sauces at a nearby counter. Overall, this is great and convenient to meet with friends or family for a quick bite.

This place is great. Welcoming staff. Delicious food. We got a vermicelli dish with chicken, then some white rice with chicken and steak. Everything was a homerun. Also, the Thai iced tea is delicious. If you like to fuel your body with healthy, but super tasty food we definitely suggest trying it.

Ordered a Banh Mi BBQ Beef (Bo Nuong) for takeout. It took about 10 minutes to get my order. But, the sandwich was incredible. There was a lot of the BBQ beef which was delicious and the sauce and vegetables went very well with the beef, the cilantro was a great touch. To top it all off the bread had a very crispy crust, but was thin unlike some baguettes which have thick crispy crusts – I’d like to know how they do that! Overall a great sandwich, will definitely be back.

The place looked nice, lots of space. The pho was ok, didn’t taste fresh, closer to instant broth. The veggies were fresh, the rare steak and brisket were only a handful amount, I didn’t mind these though. The noodles were al dente, but I prefer it softer.

This is my first time ever leaving a negative Google review. I went to this Vietnamese restaurant today with my child and ordered two pho and one chicken wings. From the moment I placed my order, it took almost 30 minutes to get my food. Customers who ordered after me — both dine-in and take-out — received their food before I did. When I asked in the middle of the wait, I was only told that the chicken wings were not ready yet.
When the food finally came, the staff gave no explanation or apology. By the time I got back to my hotel, about 10 minutes later, the pho broth was already lukewarm and the meat was undercooked — I had to throw it away. This was extremely disappointing and the first time I’ve ever experienced such an issue with take-out pho.
Additionally, two bowls of pho and one chicken wings take 30 minutes? Even if the wings were delayed for some reason, they could at least have replaced the broth with a hot one before handing it over, right?
