Completely missing the dip out of my orders spend $25 on a soggy box and missing dip. The other dip its balry half way full. Got it delivered. It’s okay just add it to the list of places not to go in speedway. Went online to tell them it was wrong only offered 20 percent off my next order. Won’t go there again.

One of the managers, who looked like she had just made a delivery, waited for me at the door as she was going in and treated me like royalty! Her friendliness and professionalism was something that we almost never see these days. Really surprised me and put a big smile on my face. I really appreciated her. The food was good and my pizza was made just like I ordered. Also got pasta and chicken wings which also were good. Everything tasted really fresh. I will go back for sure.

I’ve ordered from this Domino’s at 4545 N Rockville Rd numerous times and have never had a bad experience, until today. Yesterday I ordered a large Spinach & Feta pizza. It was freshly baked and arrived hot, which I appreciate. However, today I warmed up a couple of slices and the last slice had a sharp object in it that got caught underneath my tongue. It looks like a piece from a scouring pad. If this had been swallowed, it could have caused some internal damage. I am thankful that one of my grandkids didn’t eat this piece!!! Because of that, I don’t think I trust ordering from this Domino’s again!! Please practice cleanliness when preparing orders! So much for the quality check you guys claim to do when looking at the tracker!! #Done

I usually have Domino’s pizza delivered, but I was going somewhere, so I thought I would make things easier for all parties involved to pick it up through their drive-thru. I was wrong. I ended up sitting behind this car in the drive-thru for at least 15min, and after about 10 min of it, I decided just to walk in to grab it since I had already paid for it online. The hrs said open, the sign said open, but the doors were locked. I see what looks like a crew of 4, maybe five people working, so I just got back in my car and line. After waiting several more min, I couldn’t help myself and yelled out, “Jesus Christ, what are you doing?” This must’ve been the password because the car in front moved, and I could get my food. This is Domino’s, so my rating will consider that, giving the food about a 6. You all can do better.

Ever since this location has opened, the majority of my orders have been canceled via phone call by the manager. The reason: no drivers. When the Rockville Road location delivered to me, they never had a problem with delivering to me. Today I couldn’t even get my redeemed 2 topping pizza. I’m not sure why deleting my Domino’s account but maybe it’s time. Domino’s is good with basic customer service.

The only complaint I have is that they never seem to have a delivery driver. Otherwise we especially love the thin crust pizza. The cinnamon knots and salad are also really good. They need to solve this delivery driver problem.

I truly hate complaining; i understand theres probably low staff and only one driver, that being said, im going on 3 hours waiting for pizza. I called after 2 hours and was given a “20-30 minute” time window. If this is the case I feel there should be some sort of extended wait time notice!
