Would give 0 stars if I could. Have friends over and have been trying to put in an order on both the app and online for 30 min now and keep getting “checkout failed, please try again” pop ups. Finally I called the store and spoke to Kate who was the most unhelpful person I’ve ever encountered and she said that if I wanted to use the 50% off coupon I’d have to order online, which is ridiculous cause I literally couldn’t. Good thing there’s plenty of other better pizza places in the area.

The staff was really kind and caring with great customer service even during a snow squall. Was having a hard week and it really made a difference to be treated with kindness and a smile. Waited well over 2 hours for the delivery when the estimated time was 1 hour. Had no updates whatsoever on delivery even on the tracker until 1:45 minutes later. Delivery driver drove right past my house and took a while to get back. Then he comes to the door and says something very strange when taking the pizza out of the bag. I then notice he had two ranch dipping cups when I paid for 2 garlic dipping cups. He then says do you have any flashlight so I can see the receipt to verify if I even have the correct order as they have me on a double right now. Seriously why didn’t you verify the order before you took it to me. Then he says oh I think I have those garlic cups in my car. Comes back and says no I don’t have them I must have grabbed the wrong cups. He took the ranch cups back even though I paid for 2 dipping cups. Pizza and bread is pretty much cold by the time it got here and I live less than 5 minutes away.

It was the first time that we’ve ever had Domino’s. We ordered online it was really easy and went through the drive-through window to pick up. The guy was super friendly and from what we could see it looked really clean in there. The pizza was delicious and so was the little garlic bread balls. We will definitely be ordering from there again.

Ordered a pizza at 5:51pm, it’s now 8:02 and it has not arrived. My wait time was pushed back multiple times and now it’s showing it will arrive in about 80 minutes! That’s almost 3.5 hours after order time. Called the store and didn’t get an answer. I can’t even cancel.

I order at least twice aweek and I always get the same thing…I normally order during the day and never had a issue but tonight I ordered late and I got my Buffalo sandwich and the bread on the bottom was burnt its usually good nice and edible with the day crew but night crew not so much. I called the store to tell my experience and of course my experience is wrong…I’ve been a cook for 15 years I started out fast food than delivering now cooking in a popular restaurant but when I said my sub is burnt the person on Monroe hungup and said it’s cooked like normal not burnt but ik it is burnt . I’ll never order after 5pm the crew is no good

Cancelled my order after 1 hour and 20 minutes. The tracker said it was still in the prep stage so it hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. Estimated time was 45 minutes when I placed the order. This store is typically very slow. I’ve had lukewarm food many times because it takes so long to get delivered after coming out of the oven.

Received my order but things were missing. Never got my 2 liter of soda and my garlic sauce. Very disappointed. The driver said it was he’s first night and he was rushed. My question to that would be a little more paying attention and training.
