I ordered two Two seafood taco platters through Doordash. They are $21.95 each. We ordered three mahi-mahi tacos with corn on the cob and french fries. The other one was an order of three Aji tuna tacos with corn on the cob and french fries. The Dasher brought us two tacos only. The one taco was nothing but shredded coleslaw on it and no seafood the other one had shredded coleslaw and a tiny piece of seafood. We did not get the rest of our platter. I called Cold Spot But they never answered the telephone on either other telephone lines. This was the cold spot in Crosslanes West Virginia. I would never order through DoorDash for them and I will never call in an order to cold spot on my own. I do not recommend that you order anything from them. We were out $47.

Had a very nice experience at the bar & high top area! Trinity was our server & she was so gracious & kind. Loved our hummus & pita! Table ordered burgers & fries. I like a thicker more med rare so I didn’t eat much. Next time I will order something different. Overall a great time with friends. Great selections of draft & they have grab & go in the store as well.

Overall okay experience, I order the gyro platter. The others in my party ordered a burger with onion rings and one beef taco. We were served our drinks promptly. My food was out in about ten minutes along with the onion rings. It was about another ten minutes before the burger and taco showed up. The burger was overdone, the taco had no complaints. My gyro meat was over cooked, but good tzatziki sauce was very good. The salad was flavorful, but not the freshest. The hummus was a bit soupy. The pita was good though.

I ordered a take out order of wings and a salad.
They were packed to go in the same bag so my salad was hot and its contents were wet (not dressing because I had to add more at home) upon arrival. It was a small salad +chicken for $4.00. An $11 salad that I had to dump liquid out of 2 times before it was semi edible, ultimately I threw it away. The wings were palatable.

My work brother who is the exact same height as me ordered bone in hot BBQ wings. He received boneless wings that looked as if BBQ sauce was drenched over the wings. The taste was not desirable. My Gyro looked great but the steak tasted like pre frozen steak-umm’s. Over all, the French fries were great. Last but not least, the fried pickles were under cooked. Thank you.

Me and two of my work brothers went for lunch. One of those brothers happens to be the exact same height as me. Our other brother is shorter than us two that are the same height. My bone-in wings were boneless and reminded me of Wendy’s saucey nuggs, except not as tasty. The French fries were good…fried pickles were more like barely fried pickles

I can’t even rate the food because when I ordered a raspberry salad, I was told they don’t make those and haven’t for over a year. Mind you, I ordered the salad 2 weeks before this call, and 2 weeks before that. The manager is the one who told me this too. When I told her that’s not true and that I had ordered it nit too long ago, she said I must have ordered it from Dunbar. Uhhh I know where I got my food from and I live in the Cross Lanes area. She was extremely rude and ended up hanging up on me. Shame on her. When I ordered it last time I spoke to a very pleasant man and he was so helpful. In a little over a month the service has gone done drastically. My mother in law called just this evening and they were rude to her. Told her she couldn’t just get a cheeseburger, had to get a side but didn’t ask her what sides she wanted. I hate that I won’t be ordering from them because they’re so close to me, but I’d prefer to spend my money where people treat me kinder. We work hard for our money!!
