I had one of the worst experiences at this Subway, thanks to an employee named Andy. I waited several minutes at the drive-through with another car behind me, and no one bothered to take my order. When I finally went inside, Andy immediately took the order of the young girls who had been behind me in the drive-through, completely ignoring the fact that I had already been waiting.
When I brought this to his attention, his attitude was rude, lazy, and dismissive. Instead of apologizing, he made sarcastic remarks, which only made the situation worse. I even spoke with the manager, Jimmy, but Andy continued with the same behavior afterward.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers who have already been inconvenienced, I won’t be returning to this location.

Subway has really gone downhill in my opinion, cost me $12 for a 6-in sandwich. I did add avocado but how does 1 tbsp of avocado increase the price that much. Their toaster was broken so cold subs only which was fine. Very little care to how the sandwich was made and pretty bland flavor overall. The bread does not even seem fresh anymore either. I know all the prices are going up but this just seems pretty ridiculous.

Is it really that hard to get an online order right!? We ordered online and I went to pick it up. First no one responded when I pulled in through the drive through. So I went up to the window and honked to get someone’s attention. About five minutes later someone finally opened the window and acknowledged I was there. I told them I was picking up and they tried to rush me off with only half of the order. Then they told me they didn’t have the chips we had ordered. We also ordered bottled drinks. The girl handed me a cup of some type of warm brown liquid. I told her I was still missing a drink, and she handed me a second cup of warm liquid. When I asked if I could get ice I was told they didn’t have any…so no chips, no bottled drinks, and no ice…got it. And the worst part about it is this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I got the order back to my destination and was going to put some ice in my fountain liquid, but found something black floating in it. We ended up taking the food back and got a refund and ordered lunch elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or money coming here. This was definitely not worth $35

Toaster didn’t work, no ice, place is falling apart, they charge more for adding chips and soda than the national average. Place is a rip off, I feel bad for the employees for having to work for an awful franchisee. It’s not a flex it to be locally owned.

Management really needs to get it together. Its been 7 months with a broken toaster… its subway I obviously want my sandwich toasted!? Staff if very friendly but they shouldn’t have to get yelled at by customers over a toaster that should have been fixed a long time ago!?

Rude serve the place was empty the guy saw me ..he knew i was looking at the menu i usually dont eat out and he was like “are u going to order or not”.. i didn’t like his tone …i told him “can u give me a minute..I’m looking at the menu” ..and he made a face like if the dam place was full and i was holding the line

This subway is the best! Jeffry and Jimmy were super nice! They were super helpful and fast! Way nicer and more professional than the one on valley by Walmart. I will absolutely dive the extra time to come back. The store was very clean. All and all a wonderful experience!

Well Just so you know this Location does not honor the mailer coupons , they only give u a choice off the White menu board per the Owners rules, however the Subway on Lohman no problem in and out quick. The Staff at the Foothills location very professional courteous kind and pleasant. It’s only a coupon but my mission as a Google guide is to let you know the good, bad, and the stuff in between.

**Subway Review**
I’m truly disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. When I pulled into the drive-through, it took over five minutes just for someone to greet me. After finally placing my order, I was excited to enjoy my sandwich, but when I got back to work, I was met with a big letdown. My sandwich was overloaded with onions and relish—neither of which I ordered. It was so unappetizing that even my coworkers wouldn’t touch it. It breaks my heart to say this, but I had to throw away a whole sandwich. I ended up getting lunch somewhere else.. I hope Subway can improve their service and attention to detail because this experience was a real letdown. I’m very and extremely disappointed in Subway.
