IHOP never disappoints you, all day menus work with breakfast as swell as any other time.
We went with the party of 8, we were immediately seated and served with coffee and verity of creamers.
Amanda was amazingly helpful. The order was served accur in 15mins.

This IHOP is combined with Applebee’s! We had lunch. Our server was really nice and accommodating. I asked for a suggestion for my meal and she suggested the Quesadilla Burger. It was good. There are TVs all around for the sports enthusiasts, I counted 28 screens!!! The prices were reasonable and the girls enjoyed themselves. The place was extremely clean and the food came out hot in less than 15 mins.

I hate writing reviews…. but this one earned it. I was having a daddy / daughter day while my wife was in meetings. My daughter wanted ihop Pancakes for breakfast. I came in expecting the normal casual thing but Amanda really stepped it up. She was fun and energetic. She was engaging with my daughter and that isnt always easy because of her speech problems. Amanda went WAY above and beyond for us. She is the reason my daughter wants to come back here for her birthday. It was my first time at a applebees/Shop and I think they did a good job blending this one. The environment works but the service was the best part…. even though the food was pretty good.

Not impressed. Service was horrible for a slow day. Had to keep everyone else for refills and everything because our server was never to be found until it was time to be paid. Asked us our drink and it took 15 minutes for the drinks. Another 10 minutes because she wasn’t ready to take our order. Then when the food finally came out 45 minutes after ordering it was ice cold and like it sat there. The eggs had already congealed. Definitely don’t recommend.
Update 11/17. Came to try again. 45 minutes to get food. Waitress not attentive. Was sat at a dirty table. Gravy was cold and congealed couldn’t eat it. Definitely not coming back.

As a frequent diner at Ihop and Applebee’s I have to say this dual brand restaurant is genius! My server was friendly and recommended the wonton tacos which were amazing! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was inviting. I was comfortable my entire visit. I will definitely be returning to this location.

We had a great experience at IHOP today thanks to Chris! His service was friendly, attentive, and professional. There was a small delay at the beginning due to some disorganization with the hostess, so it took a moment for him to realize we were in his section, but as soon as he noticed, he took the initiative and made sure we were taken care of right away. He stayed kind and helpful the entire time, and we really appreciated his effort to turn things around and give us a great dining experience.

Service was abysmal. One large party of 10 was apparently enough to throw the whole staff, which numbers wise should have been plenty of staff, off and slow service to a crawl. My party of 5 walked in a little before 3 PM and didn’t leave until 5 PM because of how slow service was and how many mistakes they made. Our server was so quiet we could only hear half the words he said. We got our drinks fairly quickly but after that it all fell apart. 15 minutes until we could order, another 45 before the food came out. In that time our server checked on us once, and didn’t even bring all the refills we asked for at that point. I only got brought one of the dishes I ordered, and had to stop our server and reminder him that myself and another person in our group hadn’t received all that we had ordered. Clearly he hadn’t put in all that we had ordered as he seemed surprised and it took another 30 minutes to get my other dish which is why I’m assuming it hadn’t been put in with our initial order from a whole hour ago and they had to start making it then. Food was fine, about what’d you’d expect. But between the awful service and the now ruined vibe and identity of the restaurant, it’s safe to say we won’t be returning. Combo restaurants never work out well, and it’s safe to say this IHOP has fallen victim to that following the joining with Applebees.

Classic IHOP comfort food! The pancakes were fluffy and the omelette was tasty. Service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere could use a little refresh, but overall a nice breakfast spot.
