I’ve ordered online for pick up only, coupons never work through the app. The couple times I’ve ordered and gone in to pick up there is always a line and the staff never acknowledge me or say hello or have a nice day. There’s always crumbs on tables. This week my sandwich was so sloppy and messy I couldn’t even pick it up to eat it. I ended up gutting it and eating it with a fork and throwing most of the bread away because it was soggy. I don’t even understand how they expect anyone to eat this. This place could be better with some improvements, just not sure I am willing to spend more money here hoping things improve.

This subway is complete garbage. I wish it were better but 99% of the time I go out of my way to go to another subway across town. I hadn’t been in months and thought to myself “maybe it’s better” I was wrong. I can’t tell if it’s lack of training or lack of care but my sandwich is always made so sloppy and careless it’s impossible to eat. You may as well just load all the ingredients into a canon and shoot it at some bread and wrap that up – that basically what I get handed every time i come here. Also i asked for a “very little bit of Mayo” …it’s literally swimming in Mayo…Anyone who is thinking of going here do yourself a favor and drive a few more miles to the west Des Moines location.

Went in today around 4 pm. One table with a woman and her two kids. Two workers fulfilling online orders or whatever, obviously not for one of the 4 people in the store. Stood and waited for a couple mins and finally said go ahead and take care of your online customers and walked out. Been in that store 1 other time with a coupon for a couple subs. The lady said we don’t take coupons here. I walked out just based on principle. Don’t know who owns the store but I can make an educated guess.

Looks like a change in management. Woman’s restrooms was missing a handle and out of order. Our house was mailed coupons but store doesn’t participate in coupons. Store was cash only. Won’t be back to this location.

This location is rarely clean and the do not honor any national coupons. Only time I eat Subway is if I drive to a different location. Surprised they’re still open to be honest.

I’ve had the new nachos in many subways, at this one it was the best, the service was great, happy helped me and I can’t be more impressed!! I will recommend this subway because of her service

Do NOT eat here unless you want food poisoning. I did not feel good for 2 days after eating one of their subs. Both of the subs we ordered gave us issues shortly after consuming. You have been warned!

I am a frequent customer at this location, to the point where they know my order by heart. The employees there are nothing short of amazing and kind, and are very focused on their job. Sometime last week, I believe their computer system was down or something, but that didn’t affect their work ethic. I would happily recommend this location to everyone I know, and I often compare other Subway locations to this one due to how wonderful they are.

Ordered pick up and it literally looks like a bag of trash. When I asked why my bag looks this way he said, “They’re just crumpled.” No they’re crumpled tucked and hiding my food. That’s sketchy and I paid full price for food. Not a bag that looks questionable.

I never have gotten a sandwich from this location as they refuse coupons. I live 3 blocks from here and the coupons come in my mail. I have to drive to Urbandale or Clive to use them. Why are people still giving this location business!
