This place is great. It’s the only restaurant near where I work. It’s clean, the employees are very nice, and the food is really tasty. Get there before noon on a weekday if you want a table. It gets pretty busy. The food comes out very quickly. There isn’t wait staff. You order at the register, or you can order on line. Most of the time when we have an employee lunch, we’ll go here. There hasn’t ever been a complaint about anything. If you want some good, quick, mexican food, don’t hesitate. You won’t regret it.

So happy! We stopped in as first-timers looking for an unpretentious and tasty meal and Taco Burrito Express was right on the mark! Had the smothered shredded pork burrito- tender and flavorful and not dry like so many are. The homemade chips and salsa were delicious and had a great texture and seasoning- lots of ripe tomato flavor. Their horchata was refreshing and strong- no watery stuff. The staff was friendly and professional and the place was clean and bright. We’re definitely coming back often. So glad to have found it!

I’m a truck driver based out of Tucson arizona. I was getting loaded at a nearby warehouse. On my way out back to the highway I happen to notice this Mexican restaurant. I wasn’t expecting it to be there. But I went ahead and stopped in to try it out. The food was pretty good! I got the carne asada burrito. It was really good! It was a nice big burrito. I don’t think I paid more than 11 or 12 bucks for it. Which for how big the burrito was that’s not a bad price at all. My only complaint was out there was a little bit too much pico de gallo in it. I felt like there could have been a tad bit more meat. But it wasn’t bad at all. I really enjoyed it. I also got a couple sides of their avocado sauce. Which that was really good as well! It was sweet which I wasn’t expecting. Most Mexican restaurants and taco trucks down in Arizona don’t have sweet flavored avocado sauce. But it wasn’t bad! I liked it. This is a good little spot! I’m glad I found it. Definitely give it a try.

I’m visiting Utah from Los Angeles, California, looking for the best restaurants to eat. This is by far one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Utah. I tried 3 different plates, and they were all wonderful. It was just an explosion of flavors in each different bite. I recommend this restaurant 100%

Stopped by to have their chorízo breakfast burrito. It was really good, this is a small hidden gem. We are working literally about a 1 & 1/2 block away from this restaurant. It was worth it.

We were welcomed with an introduction to the menu and highlights of customer favorites. The food arrived promptly. My salad was fresh and loaded with homemade rice and well seasoned pork. The horchata was different than most as it wasn’t over sweetened.

EXCELLENT FOOD! This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Utah. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! The owners and staff are very friendly, efficient, and polite. The place itself is very bright, modern, and clean. (I love their quotes on the wall!) Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for affordable authentic Mexican food. (Pictures don’t do justice.)
