I’ve been wanting to try The Daily Cafe and Breakfast at Brookgate Shopping Center in Brook Park since it opened. Since I only had an hour to get something quick I decided to stop in. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich on a croissant and the blueberry lavender lemonade. The croissant and bacon were a little soggy but everything else was perfect. The restrooms were clean and nicely decorated and the restaurant was very clean with plenty of booths, benches and tables for comfortable seating. The restaurant is perfect for singles, small and large groups. Staff were courteous and greeted me upon arrival and thanked me for my order. Highly recommend The Daily Cafe.

First time at this restaurant, had looked at their website and decided the avocado toast was exactly what i wanted before i even got there. This is what i received. I tried very hard to like it but couldn’t. False advertising. Maybe don’t use a stock photo when advertising your food?
The first girl that helped us was very sweet and pleasant. And she’s the only reason I’d give this place a star.

What a treat this cafe is!
My daughter and I stopped in and had breakfast (avocado toast for her and bacon, egg, & cheese croissant for me)! Both were very good!

The employees were so nice, although I’m not sure if they were training or not, but there seemed to be a lot of workers and maybe one of them could have run out to the dining room to wipe off the tables.

The shop was decorated so cute, and once I realized that the wallpaper was actually newspaper articles – i realized how clever the decor was and how fitting the name of the cafe was!

Would definitely stop back for both breakfast and to try lunch!!!

What a cute spot this is! Very spacious and plenty of different seating options. Lots of outlets if you wanted to plug in your laptop to work. There’s a small patio in the back too. The workers were super friendly and sweet. There is a ton of parking!

They serve Rising Star coffee, which is one of my favorites. They have their own special blend!

We got the avocado toast and bacon, egg & cheese sandwich. Both were good and very filling!

The lunch menu looks like it would be good too! I’d definitely come back again!

This place is really cute and love the concept of the menu but both items we ordered either had something added or omitted from the menu description. I get product shortages happen these days but the staff should be aware of what’s 86’d so they can inform customers. As for the addition, it was a pleasant surprise for me to have feta on my falafel wrap but it wouldn’t be for someone ordering it thinking it’s vegan. This place has great potential but it would be a small improvement to be more strict to the menu descriptions.

This is one of the local breakfasts place here in Cleveland. We wanted to try different flavors other than traditional breakfast place. We loved this place with lot of options and also vegetarian options. I loved the wraps, avocado toasts especially the falafel wrap. The best thing about this restaurant is it’s very much affordable. The staff are very friendly and they will help you to make the right decision. It’s must visit place.

So ahmed’s have a guy who loves sweets but when I looked at my coffee cake I realized they gave me the old cake. Its not fresh and it looks like they warmed up a piece of stale cake

Must try cafe! A hidden gem! The vibe is adorable with the newspaper theme woven throughout. Photographs of the best places of Cleveland also grace their walls.
Came here for lunch and had ordered loaded beer battered fries, chicken cordon Bleu, and Stop the presses sandwich along with cappuccino made with rising star’s illuminator coffee. The service was amazing. Everything is made fresh and was outstanding in flavor and presentation. Coffee was spot on and we bought a bag to take home with us. Clean and inviting cafe. Breakfast sandwiches also on the menu and the pastry case was full of goodies that looked inviting. We will be back to this cozy spot for sure!

The Daily is one of those rare places that perfectly blends atmosphere, quality, and service into an unforgettable dining experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was impressed by the modern yet cozy design. The warm lighting, minimalist decor, and inviting layout make it an ideal spot for both casual brunches and relaxed dinners.

The menu at The Daily is thoughtfully curated and offers a fresh, seasonal selection of dishes made with high-quality ingredients. I started my meal with an avocado toast topped with poached eggs and microgreens — it was flavorful, well-balanced, and beautifully plated. For the main course, I had their signature grain bowl with roasted vegetables, quinoa, and lemon tahini dressing — healthy, satisfying, and absolutely delicious. My friend ordered the fried chicken sandwich, and it was crispy, juicy, and bursting with flavor.

Coffee lovers will appreciate their excellent selection of specialty coffees and teas. I had a flat white, and it was one of the best I’ve had in the city — smooth, rich, and perfectly crafted. They also offer fresh-squeezed juices and creative mocktails, which is a great bonus for those who want non-alcoholic options.

What truly makes The Daily stand out is the attentive and friendly staff. Our server was knowledgeable, polite, and genuinely passionate about the food. The service was efficient without feeling rushed, and everyone made us feel welcome from start to finish.

The Daily also caters well to dietary preferences, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options clearly marked on the menu. The prices are reasonable for the quality and experience you get.

In short, The Daily is more than just a place to eat — it’s a destination for those who appreciate good food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Whether you’re meeting friends, enjoying a solo breakfast, or planning a weekend brunch, this spot delivers every time. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

Nice local eatery. Breakfast sandwiches were great and so was the avocado toast. Coffee, espresso, and lemonade were delicious.
