Recently have had a few negative experiences at this Rita’s. Nothing against the kids who are running it, but the few times the boy (I didn’t catch his name on his tag) who made my cone handed me a flat, fat pile of ice cream on a cone with barely any sprinkles on it. Service time is slow (2 people running one window) and just overall the staff could be friendlier. The quality of the product is fine, the facility always smells like bleach (this is not a bad thing)and clean when you approach the window.

This is my go to cheat gelati place!! My puppy loves her vanilla custard and always get my gelati! I try and take advantage of cheating once every two weeks so I stay sane on my Keto lifestyle…even with custard I’ve lost 75 lbs so thanks for being the best Rita’s!!!

Always a refreshing idea during the summer. I love the gelati, which is water ice and custard. The service was very friendly and fast. You’ll have to eat fast once you get it or I’ll drop all over your car! I got the fruity water ice with salted caramel custard, which was a very delicious combination!

I haven’t had Rita’s in years since I moved to Alaska. I recently went back home to bucks county and ordered the Mango Italian ice with vanilla custard. OMG. Amazing. I had to go back the following night and had the orange and vanilla cream custard with vanilla Italian ice. Delicious… The staff was very friendly. Go treat yourself to some tasty Rita’s Italian ice.

Definitely love going to this Rita’s over the one in Doylestown. I remember when they built it, and my two best friends at the time worked there… I just showed my age, but I digress. The service at this location is always above and beyond and it makes us want to give our business to this location. Thanks for all the hard work! Also, we appreciate the workers explaining the questions that we have, well and knowing their products, great job!
