Holts used to be the best bakery around but in the past 5 years or so, new management has cut most all the corners possible. The cakes are basically lower quality than Walmart, where you used to have thick icing layers, you now have a thin smear on a dry bready cake layer

As an out of towner who wanted to do something special for my son who recently relocated to Fitzgerald, I was very pleased with the options offered by the staff. They went out of their way to help me over the phone. The prices were very reasonable. And my understanding is that the goodies were YUMMY! I will certainly be giving them more of my business over the phone and I am looking forward to stopping in and trying it out in person!
