Everything looked great but they didn’t put pepperoni on my wife’s side of the pizza and when we asked for it to be fixed and they tried to lie about it being right after we had already checked it. The young blonde girl working said if she had to fix it she was going to get aggresive. We got our money back and left. I’m sad that everyone else has had such a good service here and my wife was threatened and cussed over some pepperoni. If this sounds like how you want to spend your day with your children and family by all means Franky T’s is your spot. And in the picture you can see the pepperoni on on my side and not on hers. All of this over PEPPERONI!! They charge you for water too just a heads up.

This is a very good place to eat! I ordered the Original Philly Cheese Steak and my bf had the manicotti with garlic twists, and we also ordered the buffalo style chicken wings. We were not disappointed, it was really good! I would recommend Franky T’s to everyone.

I love this place! Me and the crew have ate here alot. The pizzas are great and the Philly cheese steak subs are the bomb!!! We have never had a bad experience. And the owner is the cook that is a plus for me. Five stars all the way. Great service and awesome food!!

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they forgot my garlic knots with my to go order. The food was fresh and delicious maybe the best baked ziti ever! The marinara is amazing! My son got a small calzone and loved it. Food portions are large. Friendly staff and clean environment. They were super busy!

The lasagna was amazing and way more than enough for one person to eat. The staff were extremely friendly and sanitize. We ordered ice cream after dinner and the cook made sure to even wash his hands when coming off the line before putting on gloves to dip the ice cream. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Had just spent 3 days at the Biltmore Inn in Asheville, NC and had lots of wonderful (and very expensive) food and on the way back to Winston-Salem we decided to have a pizza. I asked Siri if there was a good pizzeria nearby and was immediately directed to Franky T’s. We were the first customer as it opens at 11:30. It smelled so good so we ordered our favorite pizza. It was on our table in about 12 minutes and it was absolutely the best pizza we had ever eaten and the price was so very reasonable. You just can’t go wrong eating here. Wonderful!!!

Customer service is lacking, I wasn’t acknowledged at all when I walked in to pick up the carry out order.
Ordered wings and fries and both tasted as if they had been reheated in the microwave from earlier in the day or even the day before. I ate a fry as soon as I got in my vehicle and ended up ordering some up the road at Bojangles. Took a single bite of the chicken wings and the rest went in the trash. On the bright side my husband said his Stromboli was “okay”, but the pepperoni was sparse.
