Hello Panera Team,
I’m a Sip Club member and a very regular customer—I stop in almost daily for coffee, and the program definitely encourages me to order food once or twice a week as well. Usually, I purchase the smaller salad (because prices are already pretty steep), but lately the experience has been frustrating.
Today was extremely disappointing. I placed a mobile order for a side salad, and it took 35 minutes to be ready. My lunch break is only 45 minutes. I even left the store, drove home, let my dog out, and came back—and my food still wasn’t ready. When I returned, the café was packed, and another guest even mentioned they had been waiting over an hour.
To make matters worse, when I finally received my $9+ salad, the portion was shockingly small—basically gone in 10 bites, with only four tiny pieces of chicken. This is the second time in two weeks this has happened to me.
Panera, I love your coffee and convenience, but this is not acceptable. Between long wait times, poor portion sizes, and high prices, it’s becoming harder to justify choosing your café for lunch. Please do better in managing your stores and ensuring customers receive the quality and service we are paying for.

The coffee, more than likely Caribou Blend (which is available in most grocery stores- whole bean, or ground) is served here with a smile and delicious food; all by a friendly, competent staff. A great way to begin your day!

What a complete disappointment,

No one at the counter to take our order
Machines to place order were completely screwed up

Everything we tried to choose said they were out of ingredients

And when we tried to get some help, we were greeted by what I believed to be a manager or possible employee wearing EarPods and in pajamas……..

Panera Corporation you need to get a hold of this store!

This is the worst panera I’ve ever been to. Im not sure who is the manager here but this place is a giant mess. The team does not work together. They are all worried about doing their own thing instead of getting the orders out. It took them almost 30 minutes to make a salad and 2 soup bowls. I truly love panera but I will avoid this location!

I expect to wait longer in the drive thru than say going to a burger joint. However, 45 minutes is a bit much. If there was a drive thru escape hatch, I would have jetted after 15 minutes of not moving. Alas, I was trapped! I watched two employees texting and walking back and forth in the drive thru. On a positive note, the food was tasty as always.

Food quality is waaaay down. Too bad. I’m told they were bought by a private equity company who is making changes based solely on financial considerations. The bear claw – a favorite- is gone. The bagels are smaller and poorer quality. They keep fiddling with the menu you can’t take orders for an office meeting with having a current menu.

I’m not sure what’s going on with this location but the drive through person is consistently rude for no apparent reason. I don’t engage or react because I feel they are thirsty for some sort of reaction. Go to a different Panera if you want good service and friendly service.

Food was great! But drive up , please when ordering a salad with dressing and asked to make sure I got a fork they gave me 2 spoons instead. One for the chili and another spoon for the salad. Get real.

I am navigating 4 food allergies. The app was super helpful but I somehow still got my own order input wrong. When I got my order and noticed, I immediate asked if they could remake it and the team was so respectful. For someone who dining out is anxiety provoking due to these allergies, I never felt safer.

Always enjoy stopping here for a bite to eat. Food is freshly prepared when ordered. Selection is beyond enough to satisfy anyone’s tastes. New to this location they are now offering delivery to either your home or office. Cannot go wrong with that kind of service. Always save a little room for some of their pastry items.
