No acknowledgment when walking in…. Twice. Pizza was not warm/hot. You could tell it had been sitting a while. Seemed like there was 1 person working (which makes this not entirely her fault) the wings were chewy and over all- it was just gross. We ordered 1/2 pepperoni & jalapeño and 1/2 black olive. There were multiple slices that have just 1 black olive on them and a few slices that didn’t even have a jalapeño on the them. Disappointing but hey, if you’re ordering late from a long day- can’t be picky huh?

I know why the stars are so low. The manager on duty doesn’t listen to customers. She asked me my name three times and my phone number. She asked me who I ordered through, and I told her Uber Eats! I had to go home and get snap shots of my order on my IPad, and she acted like I never told her Uber Eats. Then, on top of this, the garlic sauce had exploded in my box. The lack of leadership and quality assurance here makes it clear… don’t order pizza from here!

Really??? You advertise a $14.95 special that has 5 toppings. I ordered a veggie 5 topping pizza, and a 5 topping meat pizza. I can’t count 5 of either of these toppings on either pizza. And then …. you expect me to TIP YOU, (which I did … unfortunately) when you can’t do a simple job of putting 5 toppings on a “5 topping pizza?” Maybe a “5 topping pizza” means there should be 5 toppings…. somewhere on the pizza if you look hard enough? Nope…. not even that definition was accomplished.
Maybe marinara sauce and cheese are considered toppings???? .
The guy at the counter was nice, so I gave 2 stars for him.
EDIT: For comparison, last picture is a 5 topping pizza from a competitor 2 days later. Yes, it cost $3 more … but you can decide for yourself if it was worth it.

Ordered a pizza and wings to be cooked well done. The pizza was barely cooked and wings were also borderline cooked. We hadn’t ordered from Papa John’s due to past disappointment. We decided to give it one last chance and it was disappointing again. Will not be ordering from here again.

Wow….I don’t normally give reviews on delivery pizza because I don’t have high expectations, but this was terrible. It took one hour from the time of order to delivery. They subcontracted my delivery to door dash. The driver left my food on my front door step and didn’t even bother to knock or ring the doorbell. I double checked and it clearly stated “hand it to me” on the delivery instructions so it was not a no contact delivery. And the pizza was cold. Like been out of the oven for half an hour cold! This was the worst experience I’ve had at Papa Johns. And based on the previous reviews, this is a reoccurring issue. The owner needs to pay attention to this. You’re about to lose your business. People out here are a small town community. You won’t last much longer out here with this type of service.

Great food and dessert s. Usually no problems, but once in a while you have to wonder as the delivery of 1 April 2020. Half eaten pepper, really. Or a bad one. No contact delivery was interesting for sure.

Gluten free pizza was over done and almost burnt on the edges. I didn’t look at the pizza until I got home from picking it up. The regular pizzas I got were delicious according to the gluten eaters. But for me… I was sad.

Driver left my food outside in the cold. Rang the Disney but gone before I got to the door.I called to ask why this was done and the manager said they do it for no contact delivery. Well no shit. However I did not ask for no contact. Then she said maybe the driver was in hurry. So you leave my food in the snow?! Completely unprofessional.
