I was shorted on my 10 piece spicy nuggets that got fixed after I went inside and let them know. Little irritating, but whatever they fixed it. Got in my car, went home, and began to eat my food. I got about halfway through my double stack when I realized there was something that wasn’t fully getting chewed up. After pulling it out of my mouth I realized it wasn’t food! Obviously it made me gag! I’m not sure what this was, but it completely ruined my appetite and experience. I will not be returning to this location. Customer service is impossible to get ahold of. You would think it would be easier when it’s concerning a foreign object.

My order was not completely correct. My blt crispy chicken sandwich was labeled as a burger, it did not have bacon and it was wrapped with a foil burger wrapper. It was also a spicy chicken patty not a regular crispy chicken patty. The burger was wrapped in a paper wrapper, inside out, and labeled as the chicken sandwich. It was supposed to have extra pickles and remove the onion. Onion is on it and no extra pickles.

Just waited ten minutes in the drive through and received, literally an ice cold Dave’s single. Cold cheese, patty, the whole sandwich! Will never return to this location. Sign said made fresh to order. That’s false advertising. Made at 9:21pm. Picked up at 9:40 pm

This location is hands down the best location in Hernando county! The food is always fresh, the staff is always friendly, and seems since they have opened my food has always been perfect. My last visit one specific employee named Yulizah took my order and was very polite and accommodating when asking about the different burger option. It’s nice people who really make the food even better. Thank you

My son has been collecting the kids toys and only needed one left (dogclopse) and he was bummed when he didn’t get it so my husband went in to see if they would exchange it. They were so sweet about it, checked the front and drive through boxes, then the manager said to check the boxes in the back and they found it! That was so kind of them to check everywhere, I honestly thought we’d get an annoyed eye roll and a “no we can’t do that.” Thank you Wendy’s team for making my sons day!

They sale food to humans 1st off but its pretty good human foods , the people were nice the frys fresh and only slightly crisp and crunchy just the right amount .the burger ( Dave’s dubble ) the meat cooked well enough to satisfy good ol country down home type peoples, if u like humans at all . And prepared it just as ordered. Side note the orange cream soda was also 100% what a nice old bottle of orange cream soda would taste like in the back of a old man’s mind thinking back to 1942. Didn’t try the toilet paper but im sure if I did my buns would turn sideways just to thank me for the softness 🙂

Pulled up to the window to put in my order at 1 AM. Now remind you the store’s open till 2 AM. Sat there for about 30 seconds, looking at the menu and they wiped out the whole menu board screen and then hit like a reload. Button, and it sat there loading for 2 minutes. Purposely, messing with me cause they don’t wanna do any work.. look like there was about 4 employees inside with over an hour left they are willing to do whatever Just to avoid serving customers they also shut off the lights at the drive thru making it looked closed.2/14/2026

3 strikes and you’re out. I will never come back to this location. My most recent visit had me standing at the counter waiting for assistance that never came. I was never greeted, never asked if I could wait a moment, nothing. They saw me standing there, but did not even attempt to provide service. The other fastfood restaurants next door have issues that this new Wendy’s location could have capitalized on. Instead, they decided to be the worst option. First bad experience , they ran out of nearly everything I had ordered. How do you run out of Coca-Cola? Second time they got nearly everything in my order wrong.
I have never seen a new restaurant with so few customers, their service makes it obvious why. Maybe I stop at another location sometime, but never this one.

It was ok but we paid for 10 piece nuggets and we only got 8. They need to be more careful cause fast food ain’t cheap so we need to get what we paid for. Me personally I am not going back there, we just went because since it was new in that location so we wanted to see if it was worth eating there , and going back … nope because one day we be missing nuggets and another day it will be something else messed up
