Refined seafood restaurant with nautical decor like hanging oyster shells, plus a tree-topped patio.

Wow—service was absolutely top-notch from start to finish! The drinks were divine, and the main course steak was hands down the best I’ve had in my lifetime so far—perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful, and unforgettable. Dessert was equally impressive, beautifully made and truly top tier. The restaurant itself is elegant and welcoming, and the staff were warm, friendly, and attentive. An outstanding dining experience all around. Highly recommend!

Real nice place. No reservation. So we were sat in the community seating. Just a real long table with bar chairs. Still very nice and comfortable. Definitely on the nicer end. We had the special (Sea Bass), Halibut, Calamari, Lobster Mac. All cooked to perfection. The Lobster Mac though was seriously something else though. Just wow. Everyone tries to put this on the menu but after having it here I’m totally ruined. Don’t get me wrong everything was amazing but I’m getting the Lobster Mac as side every single time I come back. They also have fun cocktails that were awesome. Can’t say I’ve had a marshmallow roasted in my drink before this. Highly recommend.

A Bonnell’s restaurant that specializes in seafood. Njce selection of fresh oysters. Quite a few standard and a few unique seafood dishes. Good coctails and wine selection. Good place for a group, large or small. Fish was perfectly cooked not overdone

Food was good but not AMAZING especially for the prices. The fried goat cheese salad and lobster mac and cheese were standouts. Service was fine. Overall the food and experience combined did not justify $200+ for two people.

Came for dinner with my mom and we had a good dining experience. We were seated immediately; however, it took a while for our waiter to arrive. Once she arrived, she did provide excellent customer service throughout the dining experience.

We ordered drinks and appetizers – lemon drop martini and margarita – cup of gumbo and crab cake. I enjoyed the crab cake especially the tartar sauce served with it and the lemon drop was delicious.

For mains, we both ordered the salmon and added mashed potatoes. The salmon was nicely cooked and we enjoyed the sides that came with it. The only downside was the wait, again, between our appetizer and main.

Overall, we enjoyed our experience despite the delays and would recommend this spot. If you’re eating here prior to a Bass Hall Performance – I would aim for 2 hours to be there.

Everything was so wonderful!! We came here last minute to celebrate my friend ‘s birthday! It was a divine choice! The food was impeccable so much so we had to ask the chef for a pic! The pesto was out of this World on the Halibut. The oysters were so fresh. Crab cake was flaky and flavorful. I had the Red trout.. try it!! The service was outstanding. JANELLE, JENEVIEVE, THE CHEF AND, THE PHOTOGRAPHER(forgive me I did not get their names but definitely deserved recognition. )made this a night to remember. I am very particular about my choice of food and experiences. Service like this is what keeps me coming back. Enjoyed it all. Keep up the great work!

Gumbo was outstanding, and the seafood appetizer platter was wonderful. The night special entree branzino was full of flavor and extremely delicious. The only disappointment was the halibut gnocchi it lacked any flavor and was just bland. Finally, the desserts came out perfect.

First impression from the hostess was awful. They called the day before to confirm our reservation and asked we be aprox 15min early bc it will be busy. No problem, we show up about 30min early and check in. The hostess rudely says “well your early so just expect to wait until your reservation time”. Which totally get, but then we waited an hour to be seated, why offer reservation and then have to still wait over 30min to sit.

The positives….the drinks were great. The bar tenders where great. Our waiter was great. My wife LOVED her oysters! But that’s the end of it.

I ordered the Valentines special Surf and Turf (filet minion and lobster). I requested medium cooked. The steak came out almost blue and gummy, far from even medium rare or I would have tried to choke it down. After waiting 5minutes for our waiter to come back, he sends over the manager to check the steak.( keep in mind, all other food on my plate is getting cold and im watching my wife eat dinner alone).

Manager says ill have them cook this a little longer for you. I then ask “your not bringing the same food back out are you?” Her reply was the cooks will do what the cooks do.

10min later they finally bring my food out. Guess what, they brought the same steak and lobster back out. The plate was so hot you couldn’t touch it. I honestly think they microwaved the plate and sent it back out. I was in shock that food left the kitchen, went to the table, then back to the kitchen where it was recooked. Isn’t that some kind of health code violation.

I explained to the waiter I was not eating a $70 dollar plate that had recooked steak and lobster that was now cooled then reheated and back to me. I couldn’t cut the lobster with a steak knife.

He took the plate away and asked if we wanted dessert?

I had fully expected the manager to atleast come over and attempt to salvage the situation. I saw the waiter talk to her and she just shook her head and walked off.

Had high hope for this place but let down severely and left hungry.

If your looking for oysters, go here, anything else id be nervous of there kitchen standards.

Walked in a 8:30 pm on a Monday evening and was graciously seated and served by the staff. Food was fantastic Gulf coast style seafood with some Cajun influence. Steak was also fantastic. Service was wonderful as well. My only suggestion would be the lighting which was rather cold and harsh for a restaurant of this caliber. Would definitely come back, especially if staying at the Worthington across the street.
