50% of the time I order from this location my taco is soaking wet and inedible. Its actually so gross. Ordered this at 9pm so its not like it was near close. I’ve given more than enough tries before leaving this review.

I’ll acknowledge my case is a bit of an edge case, but it’s worth mentioning for anyone in similar circumstances.
Food and atmosphere is standard for Taco Bell; clean-ish restaurant, cheap but good food. However, if you order inside, there’s a chance you’ll be waiting up to 10 minutes. Twice now I’ve walked in this place in a hurry looking for quick takeout (I drive tall vans for work) and I’ve ended up waiting 10 minutes for my quick, two burrito order.
The first time, I was apologized to and given some really mediocre coupons (free soft taco with another order or something along those lines). The second time, just a few days ago, they just explained that they were working on my order and they had a lot of orders, but:
– Only I and one other person were inside. The other person had also waited a similar amount of time from what I could tell.
– One takeout or door dash order came in, got their order pretty quickly, and left.
– The only people at the restaurant were drive thru customers, something I would’ve happily done had I the ability to (again, tall van).
– I had to remind them that I ordered a drink when they handed me my order.
As best I can figure, they’re prioritizing drive thru and door dash orders over people that come inside, and that’s a fine practice because people that come inside aren’t typically in as big of a hurry as drive thru or door dashers, but at *some* point you have to stop putting everyone else in front of your inside customers that have been waiting.
If you can’t go through the drive thru, and you’re in a hurry, you’re better off crossing the street to Culvers’, because you’ll genuinely get your food faster (bonus points for being less messy, but you already knew that).
I’ve also had this location completely forget an item before. Skip this location and head to the one further down the road on Craig Rd if you have time.

There was only one worker! He was incredibly nice and working so so hard. This Taco Bell is awful there is a problem every single time I go! Whoever owns this Taco Bell do better! Do better for the employees and community. If you can’t run it correctly get someone who can. No employee should be running the drive through, making food, and handling all customers inside ALONE. I hope this employee finds a better job asap!

Well where do I start… When you walk in. There are no menu above the counter that shows what they have, you have to use the kiosk. Not exactly friendly for older people. We got our cups went over to the soda machine, where they were practically out of every thing. We got our food, I opened the bag, even though we put dine in on the kiosk and we got the same burrito, but one had extra Nacho cheese when I went to the counter to ask them which was which dude was like, I’m sorry, we don’t know, we didn’t label them. I was in pure shock after he says, is there anything I can help you with, I couldn’t speak, I didn’t know what to say to not be rude. I have experience working at a fast food place and didn’t feel the need to make him feel like I have multiple times before. After we got done eating, we got to our car where we proceeded to see somebody walk out of the back, holding a cat, can you explain to me why there is a cat in the kitchen. Needless to say, I will definitely not be back at this Taco Bell.

We’re out of both beef and chicken. Happens often. Some manager needs to figure out the correct way to order truck/how much to order. Lady at the drive through was sweet but you could tell this mistake was ruining her night. Also only drive through was open so everyone had to wait in a 20 min line before being told there was no beef or chicken. Maybe next time put out a price of paper or something to let people know before they wait. Good luck.

Sat in the drive through with 2 people in front of me. One drove off due to the wait. Then once the first person got their food and left after 15 mins I was still waiting to give them my order. They kept saying “we need a minute sorry”. I waited another 12 minutes at the speaker before I just left without ordering. That was all between 10:25 and 10:53pm last night. There were also multiple cars behind me due to waiting for so long. Super disappointed in the service at this location lately.

The photo literally speaks for itself BUT, I asked her twice for our order and waited about 5 minutes for her to answer. She looked at us and said NOTHING, then continued to put sauce in a container that was no where needed to be filled. She then started to just walk around the lobby, Not wiping or cleaning anything since it was already clean. So we continued to wait another 7 minutes for another worker to come up and hand it to us ♀️ I feel like if you don’t want to do the job, then don’t come to work.‼️

All the workers were teens so this might make sense but, My chicken chalupa shells were stale, my Mexican pizza looked like someone just threw everything together and didn’t bother to make it look like it was a Mexican pizza, my 2 soft shell tacos had literally all the contents half out before I even unwrapped it to eat it (I could see through the wrapper). When i got my order i double checked to make sure everything was in there and they had the nacho bellgrande on top if the Mexican pizza which smashed the hard shells. And when I got my order they forgot my drink.

Genuinely do not remember the last time i got what i actually ordered from this place, door dash, uber eats, drive through, doesn’t matter. It’s like they do it on purpose, i cannot fathom how they can consistently give me absolutely nothing i ordered. On top of that, the burritos are always so poorly jumbled together. It looks like whoever made them started tossing random things in and called it good when they couldn’t decipher what they’re actually looking at, then wrapped it with their hands balled into a fist while blindfolded. This place needs to be added to the wonders of the world’s list because it’s a miracle that they’re still open.

The staff here is awful! They are constantly yelling and screaming at each other in front of costumers. The kitchen is a mess. There was no clean table available when dining in, so be expected to clear off your table before enjoying your food. Our food order was messed up also and overall a bad experience.
