It’s dumping rain outside and they don’t have a cover at the ordering menu. So I rolled up to the window and spoke with the lady at the window at about 6:30 p.m. September 22nd 2025, to place my order. She said I can’t order at the window I have to order at the drive-up ordering box. I said I will get soaked if I order over there because you guys are so damn slow. She said no. So I left and went next door to Burger King. They can have my money. Their menu has a cover so you don’t get soaked. Standard issue lazy fast food employees

The only great thing to get here that’s always good and warm are the potpies! Everything else is a hit and miss. The cashiers are sometimes rude and unpleasant. Don’t take in regard to consistent customers to help make their payroll. It makes or breaks the restaurant.

The staff’s kindness and quick response is amazing! Today my cousin(driver) and my 13 yr old son had just ordered their food in the drive thru then my cousin started having a seizure as the line was moving up. Luckily son was able to reach the brakes and stop the car . But a few staff members saw something wasn’t right and they quickly came out checking on them even called the ambulance while my son called us to let us know what was going. Well after I got my cousin checked out and picked my son up, about an hour later we went back up there cause my son still wanted food so as I’m pulling in an employee was walking outside he recognized my son and walked up to my truck to make sure my cousin was doing ok and then as I’m at the pick up window another employee saw my son and she started asking me about my cousin and making sure everyone was ok

If you’re in the mood for food don’t bother stopping here unless you want a burrito with no beans, no meat, no chicken, no black beans, no rice, need I go on? I don’t know who’s doing their supply ordering but they suck. EVERYTIME in the last 2 month’s I have stopped here they were out of at least one essential ingredient. There are only like 5 things on the menu that don’t have refried beans included. How am I supposed to order a meal when you’re out of refried beans again for the 3rd time in a row? Is like that scene from Friday where Ice Cube says y’all ain’t never got two things that go together…

Glad to see they have Mexican pizza back but hate that they only take one order and fill it before they take another at drive through. Takes a long time to get done. They need to open dinning room up again

Closes at 10. Pulled up to drive through at 930. I waited a couple minutes for a female employee to tell me on the speaker “were closed.” As I pulled around, 3 employees were standing at drive through window. False advertising. Rude.
