First time trying The OSH and my husband and I were seriously impressed !! The food was SO DELICIOUS, and Jacob was a pleasure to talk to! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly Jacob who proceeded to show us the different sub sizes, and gave us the run down on the menu. He made us feel so comfortable letting us know he was happy to customize our sandwiches!
We tried the Original Cheesesteak, Chicken Bacon Ranch, cajun fries, cheese curds, fried cheesecake, and the tots! The sandwiches were absolutely delicious, with perfectly toasted bread (pictures do not do them justice). The fries were hand-cut and delicious with the cajun seasoning. The cheese curds were nice and crispy. The tots were so flavorful and the spicy mayo was perfect for those! The fried cheesecake came as a lightly crispy “wonton” filled with cream cheese, drizzled with raspberry syrup, and topped with powdered sugar. It was SO GOOD without being overly indulgent.
We came in not knowing what to expect but Jacob gave us THE BEST restaurant experience we’ve had in a long time. We will 110% be coming back for the amazing food and service!!JACOB, thank you for giving us such a lovely experience!

Walked in had to wait for the person to finish eating to be taken care of.. also when you place an order to be picked up at 1245 you wouldnt expect to get a text at 1205 that it is finished. If I wouldnt of picked it up at 1230 the food would of been even more cold. Cold soggy fries, cold pretzel, cold sandwiches.. for the price not worth it. Upset, first time trying this place seen all the good reviews but I don’t know if I even want to return.

The food and service was delish and very friendly. Homemade fries, tasty crusty buns. Jacob, called them now and laters… he was right, we all took half our sandwiches home for later. Great job Jacob and the other cook. We’ll be back next time we’re in town!!

4-star review but I gave them 5-stars because they are local and I always support local and don’t want to hurt their rating. My steak sub was tasty- but a few minor complaints… one is that the ingredients listed “fried onions” but these were totally raw onions- and a lot of them. If it said “onions” I’d have asked for them to hold them so I really don’t understand why it says “fried” there… but ok call that my mistake. Second issue was they pulverized the steak (see picture). It was chopped to oblivion so although it tasted good the texture was kind of like spam and it was hard to pick out the raw onions. Sure I could have asked them to remake it but I’m not going to run up their food costs. I think with those two tweaks (no raw onions and don’t pulverize the steak) it would have truly been 5-stars. It’s worth trying if you’re looking for something good that’s an alternative to the chains.

First visit to The OSH this past saturday and it won’t be our last. The cheesesteaks were perfectly toasted and packed with flavor, the Cajun fries and tots were crispy and seasoned just right, and the fried cheesecake was surprisingly delicious!
What really made the visit exceptional was Jacob. He walked us through the menu, explained the sizes, and made customization easy. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming. This was easily one of the best restaurant experiences we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely be back and we highly recommend!!

Food was absolutely delicious! Very flavorful. We ordered the original and the spicy. Both sandwiches were full of flavor. Pretzel with cheese good and the stuffed tater tots were tasty. Menu had a great variety to choose from. We will be back for sure to try out the rest of the menu.

Delish! We stopped in after a movie and grabbed cheesesteaks to go. Got a small and it was the perfect amount of food. Great flavor! Hand cut fries. Friendly staff. Super clean. Better than the cheesesteak we had at a location in Green Bay a few weeks ago. Highly recommend!
