VERY IGNORANT and UNPROFESSIONAL. An employee named Sarah kept making rude remarks about me wanting only 1 scoop of matcha instead of four. I have a sensitivity to caffeine. As a customer we should be able to customize the drink to our own liking. Sarah kept using the drive through head set to talk about me in FRONT of me to the other employees. Ridiculous.

I am not the type of person to leave reviews let alone a negative review, but I have not had worse service at a coffee shop than I did today. The girl taking my order was on the phone with her friend while I was standing there. She walked around and did other things then came over and asked me what I wanted while still in her phone conversation. I told her I would like a pistachio creme frappachino. When she asked if I wanted coffee in it I said “no thank you” because at this point it was past 5pm and I am very sensitive to caffeine past a certain time. Before I could even finish paying, she walked away again with the machine still saying to “wait for your barista” I waited for a couple minutes until she was back to ask her if the payment went through. When I got my drink, it was not the pistachio creme frappachino, it was the regular pistachio frappachino. I didn’t mind that so I did not say anything, but it turns out she still put coffee in my drink even though she asked if I wanted coffee in it and I said no.I am now wide awake in the evening not sure how I am going to fall asleep. Additionally I have to be up by 5:30am and I hope I will make it through the day tomorrow. Again, I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but it was an experience worth noting and I hope other customers don’t experience what I did.

I’m not sure why I ever stop at this location every time I do there’s always issues or they’re extremely rude. I just stopped today to get a caramel ribbon crunch and with extra crunch and they pretty much just gave me a slushy. There is no whipped cream on the bottom with crunchies in it .. nothing. Last time I went there a woman argued with me about me, requesting extra crunchies and i even offered to pay for extra crunchies but she refused. I even told her that no other Starbucks gives me an issue and she just continue to say no I can’t do it and that drink sucked as well.

lately when i have visited this location, the baristas have been rude and passive aggressive. not to mention the drinks tasting unlike their name (when i order sugar cookie latte, all im tasting is coffee) and sometimes when there’s no line my food will be given to me lukewarm.
according to their website for the past year, they close at 9pm. so i visited the drive through at 7:35pm. ordered just fine, but upon arriving to the window, the worker rudely reminded me that they closed at 8pm as if we were inconveniencing them, or as if we arrived super close to closing time (there was no line at this time btw).
if you don’t immediately order in the drive thru, you will be snapped at and spoken to in a rude manner. tonight i went by to order, no line again, and was asking what my friend wanted. the worker kept repeating in an annoyed tone “what would you like to order?” i told her we needed a moment to which she snapped back andwe ultimately left the starbucks.
i also wanted to mention this location never has new items. i will go to order the cinnamon pull apart or a cookie and they never have it. even on the day of release. what’s the point of even funding this location at his point?
unfortunately this is the closest one to me, yet my friend and i still make the drive to the one on knocks road to receive better service. disappointing considering how expensive it is at starbucks.

Waited 30 minutes in a line that had no side road to abort. Once we got to the window she was very curt saying our mobile order wasn’t ready yet, when we placed it at least 15 minutes prior while sitting in the longest line known to man. I was a barista at starbucks for 3 years so I know how the process works, I assumed they were understaffed. Once we got to the window, we were surprised to find many baristas on the floor. There was no sense of urgency and many of the baristas were not in proper food handling attire. Baggy flannels, hoodies, some with no apron on and handling the drinks. I noticed two ladies talking and looking bored while picking up cake pops to observe them and then put them back in the box. Like hello? You are on the clock girlies. If they were in training idc, chop chop, time to learn the ropes. Ts would never fly at my store.

I’m not sure why but i stop here on my way to school sometimes and everyone here is very rude, they stand there while there is orders being placed and extremely slow. I went through the drive thru one day because i was in a little bit of a rush and the young lady that took my order said “what do you want”. No good morning or anything.

Staff is always so nice and friendly. I love when they write stuff on the cup like “have a nice day” or even just a smiley face. They have never messed up my order.

2:52 pm waited in drive thru for over 25 minutes. When we arrive at the window, no “hello”, no “sorry for the wait”. I can understand being behind and we waited patiently. But to not acknowledge it is just not what you’d expect from Starbucks. I would avoid this location.

Came here during the evening and loved the quick service! Went here with my husband and drive thru was very quick.
