One of cleanest restrooms I’ve seen on a fast food restaurant. Dining area was also nice and clean . Food is typical BK, quick service and friendly service

The food is great! The only issue is they do take out, called in orders, and drive through before they will even take orders up front no matter the size of the line. If someone orders and they end up with a big drive through line they wait to get the food for the one who placed the order in restaurant. My parents and I have walked out multiple times when they do this when we haven’t ordered. When they take the order and give the food in a reasonable amount of time their great!

If i could give a “no star” rating for the service, I would. We waited and waited, not even acknowledged we were waiting to place an order. Attitude of young lady working was terrible! She definitely wanted to be anywhere but here working. She needs to learn, if it weren’t for your customers you would be at home broke.

Horrible experience. Got most of our food wrong and the burger was mediocre, with a gigantic cluster of lettuce in one of my bites. Ran out of fries, so i had to eat onion rings, but they were pitiful. Is this even real onion?
Staff were nice and the place looks great on the interior but the staff were completely overworked and people were waiting for 10 minutes. Would avoid till they get their act right
Edit: Wrote this review after I finished eating. Old geezer dropped his GUN on the FLOOR?! Literally could’ve shot one of us. Left immediately after that happened. Not even the restaurants fault but i don’t care that’s insane. That could’ve been my leg.

Constant issues with this location. Orders are never made right. They ran out of American cheese and put swiss on it without telling me. You should let people know when you’re out of something rather than replacing without telling the customer. Every time I come through my order has been wrong undercooked or burnt never have I had a good experience at this location. They need to fix their management staff and employees ASAP

Clearly the owner keeps this location severely understaffed. For any drive thru order you’ll likely be told to wait in front of the double doors. Here’s a tip that may save you time if you order through the app, wait a good 40 minutes past the pickup time for them to have your food ready, and pray it’s correct cause if not, another 30 minute wait!

Had to add this comment. What happened to the whoppers? Nothing about it are what they were years ago. The meat is tasteless and just plain bad. Even the bun isn’t right.
I don’t understand these fast food places. How do they not know why people are aren’t going there anymore.

We don’t go to Burger King much but when we do we usually get the original chicken sandwich. They are good when fresh and juicy. Never liked their fries so I get the onion rings, they are good only if I have the onion ring sauce.

In my opinion…
The wait was about 40 minutes…and this was after I asked if they forgot about my order at around the 20 minute mark. Ordered for 2 people, combo meal…nothing special. After a long wait…zero apology and cold fries.
This is not the first issue with this location. Previous visit I ordered a whopper…only to be told “We are out of whoppers.” How can BK be out of the sandwich that made them famous? Ordered an original chicken sandwich….and it came out on a whopper bun…”Thats all the buns we have.” Would have been nice to be told that. The overall low ratings indicate Im not the only one that is unhappy.

Spent an inordinate amount of time in the drive thru so decided to park and walk in to order. I stood at the counter for five minutes without any acknowledgment from the staff. I’ll never go there again.

The service was beyond terrible, the male drive thru worker was actively cussing while we were simply ordering two meals. The worker couldn’t seem to understand the very simple order and had us repeat it multiple times while actively getting more and more annoyed at us for even being there. Hopefully management does something because this service is horrible.
