You can tell the people that work here are not vetted for character. Majority of there people skill suck, coffee is better at a gas station from a machine that hasn’t been washed in 3 day. Convenience is only thing keeping it alive. Don’t let the Starbucks sign fool you.

Ordered a bbq ranch chicken wrap. I watched the line cook get the order wrong. She made a salad, complete with croutons and olives. She was made aware by her mistake, then dumped the salad in the wrap with a drizzle of BBQ sauce, no ranch. Tasted nothing but lettuce and the wrap. Not worth the wait or the price.

If I didn’t work across the hangar I would never come here. The girl taking my order was so sweet and I felt bad. There was a line out the door and of course wrre all out here getting of 12 hour shifts trying to eat. The chubby boy cooking was so rude to her when I said they forgot one of our fries, he said we’ll make her pay for it but she never rang it up …ok cool I need the fries I’ll pay for them he went off on her to make me pay. He was so rude to her to me and to everyone he made wait because he threw a tantrum. Do better.

The attitudes of about 80% of the people who work here are absolutely abysmal. I understand that this probably isn’t the most exciting job to have. However, it isn’t any of our faults that you hate your job. It isn’t our faults that nobody here can read a ticket order. We didn’t make you take this job. We didn’t make you stay working here. So please stop treating us like we are the problem with your workplaces. And, do your best not to wear your poor attitudes on your faces. At the end of the day this is a customer service job. If you can’t handle that then you need to figure out a new line of work. I got days with eating microwaved food because I despise having to come here to get a hot cooked meal.

The men that work the register do not give good customer service. The women tend to give better service. But the men are rude at this establishment. If you aren’t in uniform do not expect good service. They don’t greet you can barley take an order right. Terrible service! You should treat every customer the same. Shame on you.

It takes good but is it really that difficult to fit the meat and cheese in bread?

First I want to start with the food. It’s good enough and I have no problem with it. However, I do have a major problem with the staff. The menu is often incorrect I will ask for a daily meal and not get what is posted on the menu for that day. Leading into the second problem. Not only do they just sit on there phones, their professionalism is lacking, often times a young female employee will have attitude with myself every time I go there. She hands me my food and I follow up with a nice thank you but of course doesn’t respond to me however, she will say your welcome to the person right next to me. This leaves me questioning if any training was put in place for them. Would not recommend this place for anyone. There are several food places who have employees that work for less money but have 2X the respect for the customers.Until employees are more respectful and more knowledgeable of their own menu and how it works I will not be eating here.

In Fallon for work… Was looking for something easy without leaving base and Take Five was one of just several spots to grab a quick lunch. Typical diner food menu with some decent looking salad options. I had the Mushroom Swiss burger with a side of rings… Burger was good but the would’ve been really good had the bun been toasted. Rings were solid. With few other options on base, Take Five is pretty solid.
